Third Person Point of View

Hawks had called Endeavour for a meeting once again. They sat across from another as Endeavour raised an eyebrow in annoyance. Tapping his finger on his arm impatiently. "Well, what did you call me here for?" He growls out. His eyes piercing the male before him. Who was taking a small bite of some Katsudon? Hawks chuckles. "There is no need to be in a hurry," He wipes his mouth and looks up at Endeavour. "Well, I need to be in a hurry. I am the number one hero. I have things to do that need my attention." Endeavor growls out once again. Hawks shake his hand in the air. 

"There is someone new. Her name is Tenshi. She is from America." Hawks begin. "Ok, What does this got to do with me?" Endeavor snaps, his eyebrows furrowed and the fire flickered around his face. "Well, she wants to be the next Symbol of Peace. She is the number two hero in the US. right behind All Might. She now is the number one. And now she said that she wanted to do something bigger. She wanted to help people all over the world. So she is starting to stay in new countries for at least a month or two. And Japan's first for this Tenshi. She said that she was going to stay here longer than any other country. Because she believes that we need the most help now that All Might retired in Japan." Hawks continued. He sips his cup of green tea. 

"Not only is she staying but she already has her hero agency up. She is getting ready to steal the crown from you. Right under your nose, Endeavour-san." Hawks explains, lifting his hands and resting his head against the palm, that was facing upwards. 

"What does this have to do with me?" Endeavor glares harshly at the bird boy. Hawks takes out his phone and clicks on a video. He slides the phone across the table so it was facing Endeavour now. Endeavor's eyes scroll down to the device before him. 

There was a video of a giant Nomu that was trying to kill some civilians. A reporter was standing in front of the video in terror.

 "A Nomu has come out of nowhere. And started to wreak havoc in the city. There are no heroes here. Where are the Heroes? Where is our Number One, Endeavor!" The brunette shouted to the camera. Her eyes showed fear and desperation as you could see behind her the Nomu destroying cars and getting ready to stomp on a little girl. 

"Heard you needed a hero. And the Number One at that. Well, I hope I'm enough!" The camera turns to a woman with long H/C hair, smooth S/C skin, sharp e/c eyes. She had beautiful white wings and a glowing yellow-white light surrounding her. The Nomu had quickly turned to her and screeches. "Oh shush you. Or I'll make you." The woman began to roll her head on her neck. The Nomu quickly rushes towards her. The woman pro hero lets out a loud laugh. The woman wraps her hand on the Nomu's skull/brain. "Smite of Justice!" She shouted. The Nomu's mouth and eyes began to glow a yellow color. It then explodes. Not leaving a single trace of its existence besides the damage done around the area. 

"Who is she?" The reporter questions. The woman swirls around to the camera. "Hello, I am Tenshi. A hero from America." She makes her way to the reporter. "Oh? What are you doing in Japan?" The reporter questions Tenshi. "Every since All Might retired, the world has gone to chaos now that the symbol of peace has been taken down. And I can't stand it! I can't sit here and watch as all these villains come out of the shadow. I have decided to go to country to country for a few months to help stabilize the villainous numbers. And show that even though All Might is gone, there are still more heroes like him. And I'm going to stay in Japan, and hopefully find All Might and explain my whereabouts. I will be settled here for at least 3 years. And my time here I will make sure Japan will go back to the way it was when All Might was the symbol. No, I plan on making it better than before," Tenshi explains. 

"Wow, that's a big but amazing goal." The reporter states. Tenshi chuckles, rubbing her head nervously. "Thanks, I know it's going to take awhile. But I'm dedicated. I will stay here longer than I have to, I have to make sure my goal has been achieved. And If I can't achieve my own goal. I turn to the next generation. They will most likely achieve my goal. Now, I must go and continue my patrol," The reporter waves Tenshi off as she uses her wings to fly away. The video then ends and Endeavor looks up at Hawks. "She is coming in quicker than I have, Endeavor. She'll be in the top 10 in no time. Especially with the quirk she has. She is perfect for becoming the next symbol of peace. That is If you want to give up your spot as number one, Endeavor." Hawks smirks at Endeavor's furrowed eyebrows. "She won't take my spot as Number One. However, I might actually have the competition that I always wanted from All Might. But I knew I would never be able to beat him. Maybe this will help me realize that I deserve the number one spot if I win. And If she wins. Then I guess, I'll be number two. Once again." Endeavor whispers.
