Third Person Point of View

The day of the Hero Billboards has come. This will be the first billboard without All Might and everyone is itching to see the results. "Welcome everyone! Today we will finally relay the results of Hero Rankings. I know everyone is on edge with the retirement of All Might and the new foreigner, Tenshi. Who has come to become the next All Might." The blond female announcer states. "This will be the first time that the heroes will be lining up on stage. But that's all because everyone needs to see the heroes are here to save them." She continues. "Now to begin! The first one up is Ryuku on the tenth place." Everyone begins to clap, Ryuku standing up and waving at her fellow comrades. She makes her way to the stage. "Number 9 is Yoroi Musha. These two have gone down ever since the arrival of the foreigner." Musha quietly went up to the stage. His armor clanging as he walked. "Now for Kamui Woods as number 8." Kamui walked up to the stage.

"Are you happy for Kamui?" A reporter questions. Mountain Lady nods, a soft smile on her lips. "Of course I'm happy for him! We are teammates after all," Mt. Lady exclaims. "Teammate? There are rumors regarding you two dating, Is that true?" The reporter questions. Mt. Lady moves her head away from the camera. "No comment." She states. She then turns to her fellow comrade. "How come he gets up to top 10!? Shouldn't we be up there with him? We also helped!" Mt. Lady complains to Death Arms. "Hey, But you're in a good spot. Spot 23 is still good for a newbie like you," Death Arms exclaims. Mt. lady only scoffs as she thought of Tenshi. 'Yeah, but she just got here a 3 months ago and she is already on top 5.' She huffs in jealousy.

As all the heroes stood in a line, standing before the audience. The announcer with blond hair and blue eyes, wearing a black suit dress begins to talk into the microphone. "We chose to put on this kind of even this time because we saw that this as a critical juncture. It's 5 months since All Might's retirement. There are still rumors that we are lacking an icon but the heroes who will bear the future are right here." Hawks coughs into his mouth. Grabbing the attention of Endeavor and Tenshi. "How does it feel to be on the top?" He questions the two. Endeavor only rolls his eyes and Tenshi just smiles at him.

"Let us work towards a peaceful society with them. And now, let's have a comment from each person." The microphone was passed around, once Edge shot had finished his statement. Hawks goes over and takes the microphone. He turns to the crowd. His brownish-gold eyes swirled in excitement. "Let's see." His big red wings outstretch and he begins to float upwards. "If we're just talking approval ratings. Beast Jeanist is number one with the boost he got from being on hiatus. Second, Tenshi because she is a foreigner and she is strong. Third, I and fourth is Edge Shot, Fifth is Endeavor. I'll skip the rest. I think the approval rating is the most important number right now." He had a sly smirk on his lips. "Though, Is this really the time to be dragging out the past? You don't think we need to change how we do things? The symbol is gone. At this "critical juncture" why are those less accomplished than me playing it safe? Say something that sounds more hero-like." Hawks finally goes down and is now at Tenshi's height. "Have fun, Dear." Hawks winks at Tenshi.

She chuckles and takes the microphone gently into her grasp. Her wings fluttered out and her body began to glow a vibrant white-yellow. "The Bird is right. When are we going to change everything? We can't rely on All Might now that he's retired. We can't turn to him because he is gone now. And the first thing we need to change is heroes. Heroes aren't saving anyone anymore." Tenshi saw the confused audience and she quickly puts her hands up. "I'm not saying that the heroes are doing a bad job. It's just, we aren't able to stop the villains at the source. The biggest villain in the world. It isn't The League of Villains and It surely isn't All For One. It's the wrong path. The wrong path has so many victims and they turn those innocent people into dangerous villains we know now. These villains were once innocent babies. What happened to them? They went down the wrong path. No, I'm not saying to take pity on the villains. No matter what, they still continued to go down that path without looking back. So in a way, they were fueling the fire." She steps towards the audience.

Her eyes scan the crowd of heroes mixed with civilians. "We need to stop things at the root. Stop running away and face things head-on. I have already thought of ways we can start to do that. As long as you all understand. Now that All Might is gone, everyone has to stand up. As our little songbird said, why are the people lower in the ranks doing nothing? Everyone needs to stand up strong to show not only the villains but the civilians that we are here. Even if All Might isn't standing with us. Even if All Might isn't on the front lines. Just know that I will be here on the front lines. And I know for damn sure, that I'm not going to let a single villain shake up this society ever again. Nobody will stop me to achieve the goal of the best society. Where everything is fair? That is why I am here. That is why I am standing before you all. Right now." Tenshi looks around the quiet room. She knew everyone agreed. She knew that everything needed to change. She turns to Endeavor, a glare on her features as she eyed him. "Here you go, Endeavor." She mumbles.

Endeavor grunts and takes the microphone. His eyes wander over the many people before him. Fellow heroes and citizens. Who were there confused about the future if their Symbol Of Peace is gone now? Everyone knew that both Hawks and Tenshi were right. And Endeavor knew it was going to be hard to say anything better than that. He brings the microphone up to his lips and grunts out. "Just watch me." Silence. Hawks clapped, a small cheeky smile on his lips. Tenshi crosses her arms and rolls her eyes.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After everything, Endeavor practically dragged Hawks into an empty room. "What do you think you're doing?" He growls at the smaller male. Hawks chuckles. "Nothing bad, I was actually helping you," Hawks states. "Helping me?" Enji growls, glaring at Hawks. "Of course, I know how much you wanted to surpass All Might. And with that, Everyone will start to look up to you with that amazing statement." Hawks states. Endeavor scoffs. "Yeah right. Don't get in my way," Endeavor growls out. Before he could leave the room, Hawks caught his attention. "Hold on there! I want to talk to you," Hawks states. Endeavor sighs and turns to Hawks. "Fine,"
