MAHIGIT tatlong oras na nilang binabagtas ang kahabaan ng express way. Tahimik lang si Jaedeen. Wala siyang magawa, dahil unang-una, naiwan niya ang cellphone niya sa opisina. Bumaba lang sila ni Darlyn kanina dahil itsi-check sana nila ang production team na kasalukuyang nagshu-shoot sa studio.
At pangalawang rason kung bakit tahimik lang siya ay dahil maraming gumugulo sa utak niya, at kapag ganito ang takbo ng isip niya, mas pinipili niyang manahamik. Hindi siya magsasalita hanggang hindi siya sigurado sa sasabihin niya.
Shin is a big question mark in her life since she met him. He's a ticking time bomb, yet she ignored it. And that was her mistake. She was eyeing for the pot of gold without watching out for the booby traps.

"Can you tell me why are you acting this way towards me?"
"How am I acting towards you?" pasulyap-sulyap lang ito sa kanya dahil nagmamaneho ito.
"You've been acting really weird ever since we met, Shin. I just can't figure out why."
Ngumiti lang ang mokong.
"What... A-are you infatuated with me?" she had to ask. Tumawa ito ng malakas. Nainsulto siya ng bahagya.
"Infatuated?" tumawa pa ito. "That's an understatement, Jaedeen."
"At isa pa yan. Since when did we get so close for you to call me by my first name?" Ngumiti lang ulit ito. Nainis siya. Hindi siya papadala sa ka-charmingan nito.
"Okay, tell me. What do you want from me?"
He stopped the car. Jaedeen looked outside, to see where the hell are they. She got confused. The place looks familar.
"I don't want anything from you, Jaedeen." tugon nito saka mataman siyang tinitigan. "I want you."
There she got more confused.

SA isang private villa dinala ni Shin si Jaedeen. It was his real father's property when he was alive. Naibenta na ito noong nag-migrate sila sa New York ng mommy at kuya niya, pero noong sumikat siya at nagkapera, binili niya ito mula sa kaibigan ng mommy niyang napagbentahan nito noon.
While entering the 2-story wooden house, Shin is secretly observing Jaedeen's reaction. This was once their vacation house. Dinadala sila ng mommy niya dito kasama si Louie at Jaedeen tuwing summer.
Malamang kasama ito sa nawala sa alaala ni Jaedeen. After all, nakapunta lang ito roon simula noong nagpakasal ang mommy niya sa daddy nito.
Malapit sa beach ang villa, at tan-aw ito mula sa terrace ng second floor.
"Feel at home." sabi niya dito.
"This place..." sabi nito sabay inilibot ang mata sa kabuohan ng bahay. "It strangely feels familiar."
"Really? Have you been here?" he was checking to see how much would Jaedeen react to the familiar vibe.
"N-no. I don't think so." she still looks so confused.
