'What else do we need Jongie?' San asks the chef as they walk through the market.
'We need vegetables, and tomatoes, mainly.' Jongho says as he looks at his list.
Seonghwa looks around in awe. He's intrigued by the life in the small area, with many merchants and farmers selling their goods. He rarely got to walk out unrecognised in the capital, it's a new experience for him.
Something catches his attention as they walk past a food booth selling white things in red sauce. He always sees this on the streets but never got to taste it.
'One potion of rice cakes please.' Jennie says from behind Seonghwa. He looks to her with sparkles in his eyes.
'What? It's for myself.' Jennie says and Seonghwa scoffs.
'Here you go.'
Jennie stuffs the rice cake in her mouth, and she nods happily as she enjoyed the flavour of it. Seonghwa could smell it from his side, pouting as he's dying for a taste.
'I'm just kidding, say ah.' Jennie says and Seonghwa opens his mouth hesitantly. The girl feeds him a piece, and Seonghwa chews slowly at first.
Before his eyes widen.
Jennie chuckles at his reaction as she eats another piece.
'Good right?' She asks and Seonghwa nods. 'Too bad I've finished it all.'
Seonghwa glares at the girl playfully and she chuckles. They walk around looking for groceries. Jennie holds onto the empty paper bowl more.
'Yah Jen can't you help me with the bags?' Wooyoung whines as he carries two large ones.
'Nope, my hands are occupied.' Jennie says and laughs. Wooyoung narrows his eyes at the girl, annoyed that she's walking freely.
'Shut up you stupid bitch!'
The group gets distracted as they hear an argument from a far. They walk towards the shouting and see what seems to be a couple fighting.
'Please... I'm sorry!' The woman says as she's on the ground.
'You're just a woman! You have to no right to talk back to me!' The man shouts and kicks the woman.
'That bastard...' Jennie mumbles and starts walking towards him.
'Jen no-'
Seonghwa gasps in shock as he watches the girl pour the sauce leftover from her rice cakes onto the man. The woman watches in shock as the juices spills onto the man's face.
'What the fuck!'
The man turns around and looks angrily at the petite girl, who's smirking at the guy.
'What? You don't like rice cakes?' Jennie says intimidating the man. Seonghwa knows she's asking for trouble.
'You little bitch!' The man shouts and tries to grabs her collar, but she dodges.
'It's nice to be rude to girls.' Jennie says and throws the empty bowl at him.
'Who do you think you are?!' The man shouts. Jennie nods at the girl behind the man, and she runs away.
'Someone who obviously likes rice cakes more than you.' Jennie says and chuckles sadistically, seeming not scared at all.
'Boys!' The man shouts and many men start to walk their way.
'Yay Jennie you idiot!' Mingi shouts as he sees the number of men.
'Run!'
Seonghwa grabs the girl's hand and drags her away, running away from the men who are now chasing them.
They run through the market holding bags of groceries, holding onto them like their dear life.
'Yah watch out!'
They run through the sea of people, who scream and shout as they're being pushed aside.
'Get them!'
They finally run out of the market and into the town. Jennie laughs as they run, feeling refreshed as there's some excitement in her life. It's been a while since they've caused trouble or went looking for treasure.
'Why are you laughing?!' Seonghwa asks as they run.
'This is fun!' Jennie says and smiles.
'You're insane!' Seonghwa shouts.
'I know!'
They run into what seems like the centre of the town, as they start to be surrounded in every direction. The group stop as they have nowhere else to run.
'Fucking hell.' Jongho says as he catches his breath.
The man from before walks towards them with a creepy smile.
'You have no where else to run anymore little girl.' The man says as he looks directly at Jennie. She smiles again, making the man feel uneasy.
'I guess it's time for the fun.' Jennie says as she pulls up the sleeve of her top, revealing a certain tattoo on her arm.
'For fucks sake Jen next time we're not bringing you.' Mingi says as he puts down the groceries along with the others.
They all start to pull up their sleeves.
'Sir, that tattoo...'
The man looks at the dark mark on Jennie's arm, his eyes widening in shock.
'Isn't that...?'
'Just so you know, I'm Jennie from ATEEZ.' Jennie says and swings a punch at the man. The man falls back from the impact into one of his men.
'Let's just get this over with.' Jongho sighs and approaches the men.
