Chapter 3 - Mrs. Locket

I wake up in a room, which at first I cannot recognize. A few seconds later, I realize that I am in the medical bay on the ship. To my right is a heart rate monitor, on the display the line is moving up and down and so on. To my right, I see a man. He is tall, has an athletic body and a uniform. On the uniform, I can barely read Mr. Buxster-Captain of the Ship. I suddenly remember what happened before I was dragged into my "imagination". The captain stares into my eyes, opening his mouth and saying:
-"Mr. Adrian Pack, you were found unconscious on the floor in hallway 34-Z. After inspecting your watch logs we have found out that the watch has suspended you due to your feelings. Care to explain yourself, before I throw you out into space?!"-he says, angry
-"Um...I.."- I stop for a second and think, and then come up with something-"I think that the watch malfunctioned, I was heading to my habit to...get some supplies for my heart rate training."- I say, trying to sound as robotic as I can
-"Hm..., very well then. But you will be on our watch. If it was a malfunction in the watch then..."- He pulls out a new watch and puts it on my hand, the watch beeps and he says-"Alright, there a new watch. Now, you will leave this place in 1 hour and then continue doing your thing while we will be watching you."-he says, and shortly after, leaves
I lay down, slowly breathing and thinking about ways to go back to my "imagination". I think and think and think... After so much thinking I realize that the only way I will be able to go back is to remove the watches report feature. If I do that the captain will never know about me "diving into my imagination", but the watch will still bring me there. The hour passes and they disconnect me from the machines and let me go.

I am back in my habit, I think about ways to disable the watch. Soon I come to a realization that I am not a tech guru and have no idea how to do that. There must be another way. Mrs. Locket, maybe she knows something I do not. I go to her little hideout in the old maintenance system. But what I saw devastated me. Mrs. Locket is laying dead on the floor, the same way she was laying down when the watch got her. I felt something, something inside me, soon little bits of water started dropping out of my eyes. I didn't know what it was, I had never seen it, but it felt good to do whatever I was doing. Soon I stood up and saw a letter on the sofa that Mrs. Locket was always sitting on. I take it and read it. It says the following:
Dear whoever is reading this,
I am Mrs. Locket, an old lady who stayed on the ship for far too long. While I was here, I met someone, someone who breaks all the rules and has a will to live with his/her feelings. If you are reading this(you know who you are) then I wanted to thank you for bringing me joy every time you came here. Because the truth is... I am your grandma. I know you were not expecting that but there are some benefits to this.  I could feel, just like you can and it was important to me that you stayed alive, and you probably are. Now the benefits. If you are reading this(which I am truly hoping you are) then take my watch and put it next to yours. That will disturb the reporting signal so that you can be shocked, yes I know about your little "imagination", everybody in your family has that, even me. I am right now laying dead there but am forever in my "imagination".

I was shocked, but at the same time, I took her watch and put it next to mine. I truly do not know everything about Mrs. Locket. And I am still thinking to myself: "How did she know about diving if that system is new?" But I am sure I will find out that answer sometime soon. I lay on the floor, start doing that weird water thing, and just before I get shocked I grab a piece of wood form her sofa, and dive in...
