A little boy was born into a nice family. his mother was called Anne and she was beautiful. the son was beautiful and looked just like her. his life was great.
on January 19th 1999 Anne died of cancer. Jake (the father) was reminded of her and his pain only grew each time he saw his son. this was becoming too much to cope with so he begun abusing James. eventually he ended up killing him on the 22 of June 1999.
he hide his body under the floor in the guest bedroom for 2 years. until he moved. James had no family to identify him so no one was ever caught for his murder. he said to haunt the building in hopes of finding and killing his dad.

Millie,Anika and their parents moved into James house without knowing the back story.
Millie got the guest bedroom which was the biggest while Anika got James room and the parents got the dads.
one night at dinner everyone was talking when Millie looked of to the right to see a small boy. he suddenly started to rise up and into the floor of her bedroom. she was frightened but knew no one would believe her so she left it. finishing up dinner. although that night while Anika was in bed she found an old picture of James with the word James' 5 birthday. freaked out she through it into her closet, showing Millie the next morning. sleeping she felt something grab her and saw a child. it was James.
"James?" she mumbled. "what happened to you?" she was 14 and not very scared of a kid. "my dad. he killed me. now i have to kill yours." James said smiling. she screamed for her dad. making sure he was okay. "Anika ? what's wrong?" her dad asked. she showed him the picture and explained. he said he had seen him too. he was in the bathroom shower. they moved out shortly after. the next few families wouldn't be as lucky.

Jaya (14) Darren (13) and parents Sally and Remus moved in.
this time Remus and Sally took the spare bedroom. wanting to give Jaya room to do her homework and study in peace. so she took the master bedroom which Darren was upset with but didn't say anything.
Jaya was studying on face time with her boyfriend Jack. "who's the kid? isn't Darren 12?" Jaya nodded. "what kid?" she turned around and saw James. "that's not a person." she said. turning around slowly and thinking of something else. Jack watched it disappear. "okay fine then. i agree. back to question 9."
meanwhile in the other room Darren was unpacking still. he was about to put something in the closet when he found the picture. he read the back and set it on his bedside table. thinking Jaya would be interested in it. then he saw him. "James?" James nodded. "hello." Darned screamed for help. Remus came up seconds later.
"what was all that?" Remus asked his son. "nothing dad. i thought i saw something. look at this picture i found." he showed Remus James. "he was murdered. where did you find this?" Remus asked worried. "closet." Darren said simply. "okay, sure." Remus said panting from the panic. "are sure your okay?" Darren nodded. "want to sleep in Jaya's room?" Darren shook his head.
that night while lying in bed James came to his old room again. finding Darren. "hello." he said to the tired kid. "hey?" James smiled. "you get three questions." Darren smiled. "are you a genie?" James shook his head. "ok what happened to you?" James thought. "i was killed by my dad." Darren nodded. "i'm sorry. your welcome to stay." Darren smiled. befriending the ghost. "thank you. you have one more question." Darren thought. "are you going to hurt anybody?" James nodded. "maybe. wan to play with your games?" Darren smiled. he's always wanted a little brother. "sure!" so they played all night.
= A few months later =
the whole family had saw him but never told each other. Darren didn't want James to he discovered while the rest were scared of not being believed. so they suffered in silence.
one night Darren and Jaya were at sleepovers and Sally was working in another country for the weekend. so Remus was alone. he saw the little ghost guy but tried to ignore him. working on his laptop. when he went to sleep James took this opportunity and killed him. the rest of the family lived there still though. until one night James killed Sally and Jaya. leaving Darren alone.

the next 5 families to move there all died suspiciously until one family came along specifically to find James. sure enough they did and when Millie (4) was asked 3 questions she asked "why do you kill the dads first?" James replied, "mine killed me. i am trying to get my revenge." she then asked, "why do you leave the youngest alone?" James replied "i take pity on them." she nodded. "can we live here in peace?" James said no so the family called an exorcist. James was took out of the house. no one living there had been harmed since. the family could live there in peace.
