The train ride back home!

Regulus boarded the train and had to make the decision to sit with Zaire or the Marauders. Remus, James, and Sirius had all invited him and he didn't want to say no but so did Zaire. Although Zaire was sitting with some annoying Ravenclaws. Regulus could barely stand them, Zaire was just like them but he knew his limits on criticism and being rude the Ravenclaws this year didn't.   (A/N sorry to all the Ravenclaws out there I love y'all ❤️) Zaire knew that so he planned on Regulus choosing another compartment.

"Sorry Zaire but I just you know-" Regulus tried to not be rude but was cut off by Zaire.

"You hate them. I understand I am fine with it go sit with the Murderers or whatever their name is." Most people would of thought he was insulting the Marauders but he wasn't he just didn't care.

"Marauders and yeah that's probably where I'll sit. See you next term! I'll send an letter next week." Regulus said hugging Zaire.

"Same and stay safe, if you die I can't stand to stay in Slytherin with all these baboons. Maybe next year we will get more sensible people." They both laughed before going their separate ways. 

"REGULUS!" Some girl yelled. Regulus turned around and it was Andromeda.

"Hey Andy! How was your school year?" Regulus asked walking over.

"It was great! And one of the best years having both my favorite cousins here with me!" She said giving Regulus a hug.

"Same sooooo hows your boyfriend?" Regulus smirked pulling away from the hug.

"He's doing fine this summer I will go to his house for a few weeks in July."

"That's cool, well I better get going." Regulus's said walking further back into the train.

"Regulus!" Lily yelled she was standing in front of a compartment filled with Gryffindor girls. After a while Lily started coming with Remus to study with him and Regulus so Regulus was quite fond of her. Remus was talking to her and looked over waving at Regulus.

"Hey, did you decided to sit with the Marauders and I?" Remus asked.

"Yeah, hey Lily how are you?" Regulus asked.

"Pretty ok, how about you?" Lily asked.

"Good enough." Regulus said both of them smiled then burst out into a fit of laugher Remus joined after a few seconds.

"Well we better get going or you will miss the 'James and Sirius brotp we actually passed' dance." Remus said to Regulus. Lily just rolled her eyes.

"Bye, my favorite study buddies." Lily said pulling them in a group hug.

"Bye Lils." Remus said.

"Bye Lily, see you next term. Oh and if you find any interesting muggle books could you send a copy?"

"You know it! Same to you for wizard books!" Lily agreed. Remus and Regulus walked to the back compartment talking about a new book they both read. When they got in the compartment Peter was already there eating a sandwich.

"Hey Pete!" Remus said sitting next to him.

"Hey Rem, Regulus." Peter never did really like Regulus but the feelings where mutual.

"Peter," Regulus said putting on a fake smile.

"How's the sandwich?" Remus asked trying to cut the tension.
