Mar's POV
I woke up getting ready to confront this Chris dude. I walked out of Maria's room and opened Chris's door but he wasn't there. I went downstairs and seen everyone in the kitchen eating breakfast.
Mar: "Where's Chris?"
Alex: "Doing what he's always doing, being anywhere but here"
Mar: " Mm ok"
Kairi: " Why, what's wrong?"
Mar: " I'll tell you guys later"
Maria: " Ok..."
I rolled my eyes at Maria because I was still mad about last night when Chris was all up on her and she didn't stop him. I sat down next to Samy and ate a bowl of cereal.
A couple hours later...
Everyone was sitting on the couch and watching movies when Chris finally got home. He went straight upstairs without saying anything. Everyone looked at each other weird because he always says something to at least one of us and almost ran up to his room.
Mar: " I think it's time to tell you guys what I wanted to earlier..."
Kairi: " Finally"
Mar: " So last night I heard Chris on the phone with someone last night and they were talking about 2 more days until he does something or someone is dead..."
Maria: " What the hell?!"
Mar: " And he told the person that no one has caught on to whatever he is doing and that we think he is just a family friend... what if he had something to do with everyone's disappearance?"
Alex: " I swear to fucking god I will kill him if he did!"
Samy: " What should we do?"
Kairi: " I say we jump him until he tells us everything"
Maria: " What is he is really just a family friend and you guys beat up a innocent person?"
Mar: " We'll never know unless we do it..."
Alex: " Let's do it when he comes downstairs"
After a few minutes Chris came downstairs and was about to walk into the kitchen.
Mar: " Ayo Chris come in here for a minute"
Chris walked into the living room and Alex tackled him to the floor. We all started punching and kicking him and Maria stood on the side.
Alex: " Who the fuck are you?!"
Chris: " What are you talking about?!"
Samy punched him in the face
Samy: " What did you do to Alexis?!"
Chris: " What?!"
Kairi kicked him in the stomach
Kairi: " Who the fuck are you and where are our friends?!"
Chris: " I can't say that!"
Mar: " We are going to give you one more chance to tell us or we will continue to beat the crap out of you!"
Chris looked at Maria and back at the boys
Chris: " I'm sorry, I can't!"
We all started punching and kicking him again. Alex took out a pocket knife and was getting ready to cut Chris when he began to talk.
Chris: " Ok ok, my name is Chris Daniels, I'm a part of a gang with your parents and they sent me here to find Alexis! That's why they said they had it under control!"
Mar: " Who we're you on the phone with the other night?!"
Chris: " Davido, their dad!"
Samy: " Well did you find her yet?!"
Chris: " Not yet but I'm close"
Kairi: " Do you think you can find Alejandro and Mattia?"
Chris: " I can only look for Alexis, if I find them on the way then yes but other than that I can't promise"
Alex: " Can we help you?"
Chris: " No, you guys are to stay out of anything gang, spy, and mafia related!"
Kairi: " It's a little too late for that"
Chris: " What?"
Kairi: " Nothing, I'm going to bed"
Maria's POV
Everyone went their separate ways in the house and left Chris on the floor and bloody and bruised up. I decided to help him
Maria: " Sorry about that, we just didn't know if we could trust you"
Chris: " It's fine, at least you guys had good senses"
Maria: " Yeah I guess"
I laid Chris down in his bed.
Maria: " I know you said we can't get involved but can you at least tell me everything you found so far? I promise I won't tell the others, I just want to know if your really close or not?"
Chris: " I guess so.."
Samy's POV
I was in Lexi's room laying on her bed, staring at her ceiling when I heard Mar come in the room. He quickly closed the door behind him.
Mar: " Yo let's go to a party"
Samy: " What the fuck no"
Mar: " Come on, it will get your mind of Alexis"
Samy: " I'm good bro, the place I met Alexis was at a party and now she's missing"
Mar: " Come on bro what you need right now is a distraction!"
Samy: " If I say yes will you shut the fuck up?"
Mar: " Only if you give me a kiss first"
Samy: " You're gay bro, fine I'll go but when does it even start?"
Mar: " It started a hour ago, we are going now"
Samy: " I'm not even ready"
Mar: "Your fine in what your wearing"
Time skip to 2 hours of them being at the party~ Mar's POV
Samy was talking to some group of guys smoking so I was sitting near the drinks just looking at everyone partying. When I was about to get a refill this girl came up to me.
???: " Hey cutie want a drink?"
Mar: " Um I have a girl"
???: " I know, Maria right?"
Mar: " Um yeah"
???: " She's really pretty... do you still want that drink though? You don't have to you know hang with me or anything"
Mar: " Ok sure"
I chugged the drink and it tasted a little funny. A couple seconds later everything was blurry and double. I seen the girl who gave me the drink sitting at a table.
Mar: " Yo what was in that drink"I say slurring my words a little.
???: " Nothing... hey you don't look too good let me take you to a room to lay down or something"
She walked me to one of the bedrooms and it sounded like she locked the door.
Mar: " What that hell was in that drink?!"
???: " Relax Mar, this will be fun Maria won't mind"
Mar: " Who the fuck are you?!"
???: " Oh baby my name is Cynthia, now let's have some fun!"
Everything went blank after that...
Maria's POV
After Chris told me everything, I left his room to let him rest. I went to look for Mar but I couldn't find him anywhere. I asked Kairi and Alex and they said him and Samy went out somewhere. I waited on the couch for Mar to come back. Kairi and Alex were sitting on the couch with me to comfort me. Around 1 in the morning Mar came busting in the house with Samy.
Maria: " Mariano where the fuck have you been!"
Mar: " I went to a party"
Maria: " And you guys didn't think to tell anyone!"
Samy: " He made me go, it was last minute"
Maria: " Well a text on the way isn't that har- Mar what the fuck is on your neck?!"
Mar: " Huh?"
Maria: " Are those fucking hickeys?!"
Mar: " I- I- I don't know what happened"
Maria: " Save the bullshit, you know we're done!"
Mar: " What?!"
Maria: " We, as in me and you are done!"
I walked away into the kitchen. A couple second later Mar came in the kitchen too.
Maria: " Leave me alone Mariano!"
Mar: " Can I explain please?!"
Maria: " You have 5 minutes!"
Mar: " There was this girl her name was like Cynthia or some bullshit and she offered me a drink, she said she knew you and knew we were dating so she wasn't going to try anything..."
Maria: " Proceed!"
Mar: " After I took the drink everything started getting blurry and she took me to a back room and that was the last thing I remember"
Maria: " I don't know a Cynthia!"
Mar: " She said she knew you.."
Maria: " What did she look like?"
Mar: " She was white with blonde hair and she was wearing all black with a shirt that said Hablitz on it"
Maria: " Omg!"
Mar: " What?!"
Maria: " That's the girl that took Alexis!"
Kairi: " Did you say Hablitz?"
Mar: " Yeah why?"
Kairi: " That's Jenna's last name, and her dad is a leader of a gang called the Serpents"
Maria: " We need to tell Chris!"
We ran up to Chris's room and opened the door without knocking. He had a big board hanging up and it had all these faces and locations pinned to it.
Chris: " What the hell can't you guys knock!?"
Maria: " We found out something!"
Chris: "What?"
Kairi: " This girl named Cynthia, she's the one who took Alexis and she drugged Mar at this party!"
Chris: " Cynthia? Is it one of these people on the board?"
Me and Mar walked over to the board and were looking at all the faces when I found hers.
Maria: " HER!"
Chris: " Cynthia Parker, age 17, works for Pablo Hablitz who is the leader of the Serpents"
Kairi: " Wait how do you already know about Pablo but can't find Alexis?"
Chris: " He has many buildings, we don't know which one she is in"
Kairi: " I think I know"
Chris: " Where?"
Kairi: " When Mattia first started dating Jenna he brought us to this building about a hour from here and we had to go through this whole thing to see what would happen to us if anything happened to Jenna under our care"
Chris: " You remember the address?"
Kairi: " Yeah"
Chris: " Ok then I'm in, I'll go there tomorrow"
Kairi: " He isn't going to let you in"
Chris: " Well you guys can't get involved"
Alex: " Come on bro just let me and Kairi do it"
Chris: " Your parents will kill me if I do!"
Kairi: " We'll do it and give you all the credit"
Chris: " Argh fine but I'm going to have you guys wearing bulletproof clothes, mics, and cameras!"
Alex: " Fine by me as long as I get my sister back"
Chris: " We'll go at 7"
Kairi: " At night?"
Chris: " No in the morning"
Maria: " Well it's 1:38 am right now"
Alex: " We are only getting 5 hours of sleep?!"
Chris: " You don't have to help if you don't want to?"
Alex: " Goodnight everyone see y'all in like 4 hours"
Everyone walked out of Chris's room and was getting ready for bed. I walked into my room and closed my door. A few seconds later Mar came in the room.
Mar: " So are we still over?"
Maria: " I think we should just take a break for right now..."
Mar: " I told you she drugged me, it wasn't my fault!"
Maria: " I know it's just... I need some space to think ok, a lot is happening"
Mar: " Fine I'll go sleep on the couch"
Maria: " Goodnight..."
He didn't say anything he just walked out the room slamming the door closed. I sat on my bed just thinking about everything that's happened since we met the boys... nothing but problems, even if it didn't involve them. I started to cry and I heard the door open.
Chris: " Are you ok?"
Maria: " What is happening to me, my life is falling apart!"
Chris ran over to the bed and pulled me into a tight hug.
Chris: " Hey hey it's ok you'll get through this ok We'll get through this!"
We pulled away from each other and I was looking into his eye and he was looking into mine. I kissed him and he kissed back but pulled away when I realized what was happening.
Maria: " I'm sorry I shouldn't have done that"
Chris: "Um it's ok... I'm gonna go to my room"
Maria: " Actually can you sleep in here with me? I don't want to be alone right now"
Chris: " Yeah sure"
He got in the bed next to me and I fell asleep.
Mar's POV
I woke up at 5:30 and was going to wake up Maria and apologize again. When I opened the door I seen her in the bed with Chris.
Mar: " What the fuck is this?!"
Maria: " Mar we didn't do anything!"
Mar: " Yeah sure you didn't"
Maria: " I swear I just asked him to sleep in here because I didn't want to be alone!"
Mar: " So I wasn't enough for you, so you make me sleep on the couch so you can him have sleep in bed with you?!"
Chris: " Um, I'm going to give you guys some space..."
Mar: " Nah fam you're good, you can stay and have her, she wanted space for me so she could make space for you, it's fine I'm going home and I'll have Kairi text me when he finds Alexis!"
Maria: " Mar wait!"
Mar: " Fuck off Maria!"
I slammed her bedroom door closed and left the house. Samy came with me since we weren't helping with saving Alexis.
