Hayley walks out of the hospital her mind in a state of confusion. She still can not fathom what just happened inside the ward. Adrian accusing her of killing his son. How convinced was he? She wipes the tears on her face and stops a cab.

Going to Adrian's place is not a great idea at the moment. Cassie's place will do. She scrolls through her phone and dials the stranger's number.

'' Hello," He picks up.

" Everything went wrong!" She starts to sob again.

"Calm down. Things will work out before you know it. I'm sure Adrian will contact you,"

"But he just accused me..,"

The stranger cuts off the call.

How does he even know everything! She puts back her phone in her purse and gets off the cab. She hands the cab driver a few dollar notes and heads over to the mansion.

"Hayley!" Cassie shouts as soon as she steps inside her home.

She heads over to her and embraces her tightly. "Can I crush here for a while?"

"What's wrong? Is everything ok?"

"No Cassie. Adrian just don't wanna see me anymore. He accused me of killing his son and..,"

"What! Adrian could not do something like that! He knows you are not capable of something like that,"

Hayley sniffles, "I'm so confused right now,"

"Come here," Cassie takes Hayley's hand and leads her to the kitchen. "Take a seat. Do you want anything?"

"Maybe a glass of water,"

Cassie squeezes her shoulders. " What do you want me to do? Should I call him and give him a lecture?"

"No! Please don't!" She gulps the drink.

Cassie smiles at her.
"Don't worry. He will come back to his senses,"

"Mum! Can you tell me what the hell is going on?" Adrian turns to Gina as soon as they step inside his home.

"I'm so sorry baby," She starts to sob.

"Now is not the right time to start crying mother! I need an explanation. Why did you tell me to play along to what you were saying at the hospital? Why did you force me to accuse Hayley of killing my son? I'm going nuts mother," Adrian paces the living room.

"Nate is not dead,"

"What!"

Gina narrates the whole story to Adrian.

"My son did not have a brain tumor! I'm going to kill that son of a gun of a doctor! Why would Emily even do something like that!"

"She's sick son! She was listening to our conversation at the hospital and so I wanted you to play along,"

"And you had to make me blame my girlfriend!"

"Yes! No wonder I wanted you to blame it on Hayley because Emily was listening. That is what she wanted and she had to be convinced,"

"I'm going to kill that bitch! So help me God!"

Gina catches her son's arm, "Calm down Adrian! She might hurt your girlfriend if we go against her imeadiately! Emily is out of her mind! We must have a plan.

Adrian snaps. "Do not touch me mother! Why did you not tell me anything! What was she blackmailing you with? What is that big issue that you did not want me to know?"

"Adrian...I'm so so sorry. Emily came to visit me to convince me that she was the right woman for you! I told her off and drove her out of my house! The second time, she came with your son. And that day is when she found out about it,"

"Mum! Speak up!"

"She found out that..You're adopted,"

"What!"

"I never wanted you to find out about it. I knew it would break you apart baby,"

"Don't come near me mum! You have no right to make decisions concerning me! I'm a grown up and I deserved the truth! But how?" And since the longest time Adrian breaks into a sob.

"So I am not really a Grey right?" He sniffles.

"You are a Grey Adrian! Whether adopted or not! You are a true Grey. I am proud of you! Your dad is proud you! Talking of dad, he is back in town,"

"What other secrets should I know? How worse could my day be! My son being admitted in a hospital with no condition! The love of my life now hates me right now! I'm adopted! I need to call Hayley. She has to know that I am not blaming her for anything!"

"No Adrian! Now is not the right time. Emily will be here any minute. She can not find you talking to Hayley,"

"Fuck! Now what mother?"

"I record her confessing to everything! And then she goes to jail!"

"Do that today! I am not waiting anymore!"

Cassie knocks on Hayley's door and steps inside.

"Hey. Did I wake you up. One of Adrian's men is downstairs. He said that his boss sent for you,"

Hayley rubs off her eyes. "What! Really?"

"Yes hunny. I told you Adrian would come along. Now get up and go make things right,"

Hayley walks out of her bed and follows Cassie. Louis is at the door waiting for her.

"Hey ma'am,"

"Adrian sent you?"

Louis hesitates for a moment. "Yes,"

"Okay. Thank you so much Cassie. I'll see you soon,"

Hayley follows Louis outside and closes the door behind her.

Gina knocks on Adrian's room the following morning.

"Mum! What do you want?"

"Something is not right son. Emily never came home last night,"

"I'm going to find her! Just stay here and call me in case she appears. She can not get away! It's time for her to pay,"

Adrian gets inside the shower as his mom closes the door.

He dials Leo's number as soon as he's outside the bathroom. They talk on the phone as he dresses up.

"Okay. Fine. Gather up all my men. Make sure you find that bitch! I will join you as soon as I bring Hayley back,"

He picks up his car keys and heads over to Cassie's. That is the only place she would go.

"Adrian! What a surprise? Where is Hayley? Did you guys talk about everything?"

Adrian is confused for a moment. "What are you talking about?"

"Well, Hayley told me about everything,"

"Can you please ask her to come down. I need to talk to her,"

"But you sent one of your men yesterday to come pick her up!"

"I didn't!"

Adrian realises everything and storms out of Cassie's home.

"That bitch! You better not hurt her!" Adrian cusses as drives off the compound.
