Chapter 8

"it would be useless or do you really elieve that 50 teachers will be able to control over 1000 students? We don't have uch time before a massive panic attack that will involve the whole campus." Dim said trying his best to remain calm 

"So... what are we going to do then?" a senior asked

"First of all, the students have to leave the gate, if they remain all together that will only make things worse... small groups are ok, but nothing more than that... about the areas we're just going to keep the old organisation, each faculty will control its own buldings... is it clear? Questions?" Dim replied. It looked like everyone understood... or maybe thay were just too shocked to continue... they were all terrified, not only because they were stucked there as anyone else... but because they had to take responsability... 

"Good... then let's go" Dim added hitting the tabel with his hand. Everyone stood up and were ready to leave. Dim remained in the meeting room to prepare a short speech for the radio in order to reach all the students. 

"So... dear... shit... how am I supposed to do this... on my own..." Dim murmured trying to find the right words for his speech, suddenly someone entered the room

"Dim! I finally found you!" 

"Green not now... I'm busy..." 

"Dim this is really important!" 

"Green I said not now!"

"Look! Look for God's sake!" Green shouted as he reached the window, Dim slowly came closer to him to look out. The students were trying to leave but the officers were doing a great work by pushing them back. 

"I have to go" Dim said, he was about to go to the radio and try to improvise, Green grabbed his arm 

"Look!" 

"I saw it Green, I have to go now if we want to prevent..."

"Stop talking and look, someone managed to leave!" 

"What!?" 

Finally Dim came back to the window, someone really managed to climb over the wall, the officer caught him and forced him to go back, the situation was terrible, Dim sighed in relief as he saw that the seniors were reaching the gate as well in order to help the officers. There were more or less one hundred meters between the gourp of seniors and the crowd when a shot was heard, it was a young officer who took his gun and shoot in the air.

All the students were screaming, they started running in the opposite direction, some of them fell and no one could see them anymore. 

Green was staring when Dim was so shocked that he fell to the ground, his hand covered his mouth, it was a nightmare, everything that he wanted too prevent was happening in that exact moment. 

"Dim!" Sarawat shouted as he reached Dim's floor with Tine, Dim couldn't reply, Green turned back at them and said

"Thank God you're safe guys..." Green said while laying his hand on Dim's shoulder who couldn't help but stare.
