I woke up the next morning and started to pack. I packed all the clothes I own, some books, all hygiene essentials, and some things that were special to me.
"Hey, Luna!" My mother walked in to help me pack my things.
"Hey, mom. So, um. I want to ask if you want to come with me. If not that's fine because I wanted to invite Bella and Delphi, their parents already said yes in case they could go." I asked her nervously, hopefully not hurting her feelings. Bella and Delphi are my best friends who I love with all my heart and wouldn't do anything without. Delphi has known me since first grade and we became best friends in third grade. I met and became best friends with Bella this year, sixth grade. The school year is over, so I'll start school in Loland when I'm twelve and in seventh grade. I'll spend the summer there, too.
"No, haha. I didn't want to go so it's ok. Just go call them and tell them to pack." She smiled.
"Great!" I jumped up and ran to the phone. They got so excited and hung up to go tell their parents and pack. I put down the phone and went to get some lunch.
"We still need to call Loland to tell them about who you're taking so they can make space for them." My mom sat down at the table. I said I would call when I finished eating. She nodded and went to work on some inventions.
I put my plate in the sink and called Loland. I gave them all the information and then went to go play with Bella and Delphi and told them everything that I couldn't tell them on the phone.
