William had gotten even more aggressive than he was before. The fact that Jaxon had attended a wedding where two men were getting married almost made him sick. He had hoped that no one would have found out that his son, the boy he had always hoped would follow in his path, was at a gay wedding but it didn't turn out that way. William had been in the papers and on TV fighting for his campaign meaning, he had a lot of publicity. Somehow the papers had found out about Jaxon being at the wedding and there was a big story about it which gave him a lot of negative attention. It went against everything he believed in and he was named a hypocrite.

Jaxons theory was that they could have found out about it in any of two ways. One, they could have found out due to the controversy that William and the Uptown police caused when they were Downtown and ruining the wedding. They really did cause some chaos when they were there and caused a few fights outside the venue. Of course, people at the wedding were going to be fighting back as they shouldn't have to tolerate the way they were treated.

Two, Louis could have told his dad and his dad would, of course, use this against William for his own campaign which, if he did, Jaxon thought he was very smart. He could also blame Josh but then he would never do anything to harm William's reputation. The story ran for a few days and it harmed William's campaign quite a lot and Louis' dad moved slightly in front of him in popularity. People who were voting for Wiliam were disgusted that Jaxon would be at a wedding like that and they were even more disgusted that William would even let him get close to a wedding like that. They were even slightly mad at the fact that Jaxon was spending his time downtown which he didn't see a problem with and honestly it was none of their business. However, William obviously cared about their opinion as they had the power to make him Mayor. He cared more about that than he did about Jaxon.

William didn't really have anywhere else to take his anger out but his family. That's exactly what he did.

The morning had started off well. William was locked away in his office doing whatever the hell he does if he wasn't in Jaxon's face, he wasn't complaining. Stephanie was in the kitchen making Jaxon a big breakfast because today was his birthday. Stephanie made such a big deal out of it and William didn't even mumble a word about it. Jaxon didn't think he remembered it was his birthday, not that he expected him to.

"Happy birthday Son," Stephanie said placing his breakfast in front of him

"Thank you" Jaxon smiled inhaling the smell of the food that had been placed in front of him

"Have you got anything planned with Mariana today?" Stephanie asked toning her voice down a bit to make sure William wasn't lurking around and listening to them

"I don't actually, I didn't even tell her it was my birthday, so I don't even know if she knows" Jaxon shrugged

"Why didn't you tell her?" Stephanie asked

"I don't want her spending all her money on me, I don't need anything, and I feel guilty when people buy me things," Jaxon said "Plus it's only a birthday, it's not a big deal"

"That's kind of you but don't you think she will be mad that you didn't tell her it was your birthday?" Stephanie asked

"I don't think she will be too mad" Jaxon shrugged

"I think you'll be getting a friendly slap to the side of the head from her" Stephanie chuckled

"FUCKING HELL" William shouted from his office startling Stephanie. Worry filled her eyes as they heard him stomping through into the kitchen.

"What happened, dear?" Stephanie asked trying to keep him as calm as possible

"That scum is in front of me on the polls, how could this happen?" William shouted
