Darkness.

It's all Ray could say. He's alone surrounded by the dark. Silent filled the atmosphere. He keep walking through the dark.

What happened? 

Ashamed right. 

You couldn't even protect Ariel. Oh right, you couldn't even protect your old comrades! So how could you protect Ariel?

Don't you remember?

Sergeant Nicole. Orina Ichika. Violet Stark. Corporal Dennis. The Wolfpacks.

They're all dead, because of you.

"Show yourself!"

But nothing came. Ray looked around with fear. He prepared his blade, but he's Fraghrat was not in his disposal. He hold up his fist while protecting himself. 

Suddenly, he felt a light tap on his shoulder. Surprised, he turned around giving the culprit a free punch to the face. But the said person caught it with his left hand. His eyes went wide.

"What? It looks like that you've just seen a ghost," he chuckled.

In front of him is one of the most wanted man in the other world. Who could it be other than Shogun, the other Ray himself?

"Why are you here?" Ray shouted. Shogun walked circles around the young teen. his hand fiddling with a knife. 

"Is it wrong, for me to meet another me? To remind him his mistakes,"

"You destroyed your own dimension. Why even bother coming here?" 

Shogun stopped in his tracks. He threw the knife besides Ray, misses his shot a few inches away. 

"I had my reason Asaki. But I just want to warn you about that power inside you. Inside us," he stopped before continuing his words.

"Divine Nightmare, is something we need to be careful. Especially you. You haven't master the way to control the darkness inside you. Don't you remember anything?"

"Just what are you blabbering you traitorous me! Don't try to-ughh!" Ray couldn't finish as he could feel a stab from behind. He remembers that Shogun had thrown a knife beside him. maybe telepathy did do the job.

Suddenly, the room got brighter by second. Realising this, he picked up the knife and walked towards the light.

"My time is up. We shall meet again in the mean time," he glared daggers into his eyes before uttering an advice.

"Protect.Ariel.At.All.Cost"

"He's waking up!"

Ray lazily opened his eyelids. He blinked a few times before his eyes met with 4 other eyes in front of him and the white ceiling as the background. He suddenly remembers his important ones, Ariel.

He got up roughly, causing his rib and abdomen to feel the obnoxious pain. He gritted his teeth as he placed a hand on the pained body part. The others panicked as they tried to lay him back on the bed before things gets serious.

"Where's Ariel? I'm getting out of here!" he struggled in their grasps as they helplessly tried to loose him up. 

"Don't worry! He's in the ward sleeping peacefully. Now sit down soldier!"

Ray pushed them out as they fall butt-first to the hard floor. He quickly pulled out the needle from his arm and gas mask from his face as he dashed out of the room to Ariel's room. The doctors chased after him.
