Since childhood, we have been taught to possess bravery, courage, and perseverance in the face of challenges. However, only a few individuals truly have the "courage" to apply these values to their lives. Most of us prefer to remain within our comfort zone, always prioritizing safety. We often think, "Why should I bother?" Although we desire change in our society, we are hesitant to initiate it ourselves.

But it is a fact that those rare individuals who step out of their comfort zone are the ones who achieve great success in their lives. They are the ones who serve as examples for others to emulate. This is the story of one such individual, whose journey commenced by standing up to a bully and culminated in great triumph.

I hope you will give this story a try.

This is Aadi, short for Aditya, and he is 15 years old. He recently relocated to a new city with his parents and younger sister. Aadi is hopeful for a positive experience in his new surroundings.

Tomorrow marks his first day at school. He greatly misses his former friends, but he recalls his father's advice: "There is always space in your heart for one more friend." With this in mind, Aadi is eager to form new friendships.

Next day 7:00 am
"Wake up Aadi or you will be late" shouted his mom from the kitchen.

"Yes mom, 5 minutes more" he replied

Aadi got out of bed and got dressed, feeling nervous about his first day of school. He went downstairs and had breakfast before his mother drove him to the prestigious school in the area. The campus consisted of two large buildings, two cafes, and a vast sports arena.

Upon arrival, he approached the receptionist and asked for his schedule. Aadi's first class of the day was math, and the teacher introduced him to the class. The lessons went smoothly, and during the break, as he was about to exit the classroom, a student approached him.

"Hey Aadi, I am Sameer but everyone calls me Sam and this is Isha. Would you like to come with us to the cafe." Said a guy with a goofy smile.

"Sure, why not" replied Aadi.

Aadi and his new friends searched for an available table when a guy bumped into him, causing his food to spill onto the floor. The guy became furious and threw a punch, but Aadi managed to dodge it. Aadi stood his ground and demanded an apology from the guy.

The confrontation caused a stir among onlookers, and two more of the guy's friends arrived, ready to join in. They threatened to beat up Aadi, but fortunately, the bell rang, and a teacher entered the café, putting an end to the situation.

"You'll pay for this," the guy threatened.

"I'm not afraid of bullies like you," retorted Aadi.

The guy then challenged Aadi to a fight the following evening in a menacing tone.

"I accept," Aadi replied, showing no fear.

After the confrontation, everyone left the café for their respective classes. Aadi's friend Isha scolded him for challenging Monty, the notorious school bully and a three-year boxing champion.

"Are you crazy? Do you know what you just did? You challenged Monty, the strongest guy in the school. Don't you care about your safety?" Isha angrily questioned.

"Don't try to scare me. You should have told me about his boxing background earlier. It's too late now, and there's nothing I can do. Let's see what happens," replied Aadi, showing a hint of defiance.

As the day progressed, Aadi noticed people staring at him, and he realized that news of his challenge to Monty had spread throughout the school like wildfire.
