Three years in a relationship, you never heard him say it, those three words that held millions of emotions. He does show you he loves you by holding your hand, kissing the top of your head and hugging you closely as you two slept the night away. Actions are louder than words right? But sometimes you longed for him saying those words.

You were outside in the balcony, waiting for your boyfriend to come home. Ever since he got a job that would put him in a lot of risk, you couldn't help but worry all the time.
You didn't heard the door opening and the footsteps behind you until a warm hand interlaced with yours, a soft kiss planted on your temple. "You're still awake...?" He ask, his blue eyes softening as he looks at your tired figure.
Letting out a soft smile, you look at him, his eyes never leaving your (e/c) ones. "I'm so sorry for making your worry Daisuke, i'm just worried."
It became silent again. But it was a comfortable silence. Eyes never leaving eachother, the warmt it held in eachother's company, it was something that brings him peace. This is what Daisuke loves about you. The softness of your presence.
He looks at your figure, memorizing your every detail, even the smallest one. From your soft eyes that held millions of emotions, the tip of your nose that he finds it cute everytime you scrunched your nose up, the pinkish plump lips you have that looks so beautiful everytime you smile, and to the imperfections on your skin that you always hide.
He loves your imperfections, he always think that's what makes you perfect in his eyes. He would never say it out loud but it was the truth.
So he said those words softly, it was genuine and sincere. Your heart flattered and it feels like you were a teenager getting a confession from a highschool boy.

Your lips curled into a beautiful smile that seemed to bright up the cold night and he fell in love with you all over again.
