We really look like two groupies staring at him like that. Especially Sarah! She is staring at him with her eyes open and her mouth wide open,I try not to giggle even though she deserves it,we hand him back his books before living the lecture hall arm to arm,we burst out laughter as soon as we get outside. I can tell that this school year is going to be fun.When I got to the Bartholys Lorie is sitting close to the stairs blocking my passage.
Lorie: Can we play now,I have been waiting for you.
Allison: If you can just let me put my stuff away then I promise we'II play
She doesn't seem to it that way.She stays in front of me preventing me from getting to my room.
Allison: Lorie if I can't move then we won't be able to play.
I break down as soon as I enter my bedroom door,my drawers and all my belongings are speed out all over the place.

I take a deep breath until proven,otherwise no tornado came through mystery spell other,other than tornado Lorie of course... I'm starting to wonder if taking care of Lorie is as hard as I taught .But since my job is still fresh I decided to stay out of it not saying anything even if I don't think any less of it. instinctively I take her by her arm .Again I'm surprised at how cold her skin feels .I can't help but ask myself so many questions .This may be perfect moment to do a little investigation:it's just the two of us in my room .Her brothers and especially Drogo won't be able to stop me from being too curious.
Allison: Hey Lorie, why don't you guys eat with me,Mealtimes are a nice way of spending time together,so why don't we?
She doesn't answer and just stare at me,looking funny .Kind of like if she wasn't really there...
Allison: And do you know why there are mirrors around, don't you like to make your self pretty in front of the mirror like a little princess?
Again Lorie welcomes the question with a long silence,just as disturbing as the first one. I'm thinking I'm going to loose patience with this little girl,Fortunately I hear someone knocking at my door,I instinctively answer,come in. I pause as I discover the visitor in the threshold .It's the young man I met this morning. And this time there was no doubt about it. He is the man in the locket .I swallow hard try to snap out of it,But honestly I found this coincidence terrifying, what does it mean?
Why is my dream linked to a family that I barely even know?and to a man that I have never seen before this morning. I shiver at the thought of this man who is staring at me appearing appearing before me and my dream the night before .The family is really strange, I should be careful and discreet just as Sarah told me. Anyway I can't say anything or he's going to think I'm crazy .So I just watch him silently as he walk toward me.
Nicolae: Hello, I came to introduce myself, I'm Nicolae Bartholy.
I shudder when I hear his name, thankfully Nicolae doesn't notice and go on
Nicolae: I'm sorry I wasn't here when you arrived .I was away .Hope my brothers gave you a warm welcome.
Allison: Allison Whitson,nice to meet you.
I already have a hard time pronouncing three words in a row .But it get even harder when Nicolae stare at me strangely .It's like his eyes wanted to Pierce through mine. As if he were exploring my soul. A funny sensation come over me .The room start to spin a little. I clench my fist and shake my head to get a grip .When I look up at him our eyes lock .He continue to stare at me without saying a word .Just like his sister...is it a habit with them?
I decided to act as if I hadn't notice that something about me was bothering me .It's quite embarrassing.
Allison: Your brothers are very nice especially... Peter and Lorie... Very lively little girl.
He finally looks away from me and turns to his sister .She immediately run out into the hallway .He looks around the room and finally notices all the drawers pulled open and all my things scattered everywhere .I hope he's not going to think I'm messy!
Allison: Your sister was bored so she kept busy by going through all my things.
Nicolae seems very embarrassed by the little girl's behavior.
Nicolae: you'll have to excuse her. She is still a little... Young...and been the only girl of the family we have a tendency of spoiling her a little.
Excuse her!!my room looks like a war zone.
Nicolae: She won't do it again I promise.
She better not or else I will have to lock my room.
Nicolae: and for tonight don't wait up for dinner. We have a family meeting, we'II eat afterward .And we'II take care of Lorie as well.
I like to tell him that it won't change much since I have eaten for dinner Evey night. I don't say anything of course. I can't help but wonder a family reunion,... Why?...
With everything that Sarah said about the Bartholys. I am starting to ask myself a lot of questions. Do they belong to a kind of cult that organizes secret meetings?or worse. Are they Vampires who prefer to eat human flesh than eating vegetables?
If i have the guts,I would ask Nicolae. I don't want to ask the question bluntly but I need to know more and he is the one I could answer me best.
Allison: I'm delighted to meet you at last I must admit your absence intrigued me...especially with everything I heard about your family.
Nicolae: And what did you hear?
Allison: Nothing really important the rumors that you hear in the town like this.
His eyes have changed. They seems to be more piercing. inquiring and I have to say that they impress me,as much as they make me uncomfortable. Don't tell him about Sarah and don't tell him that peter,himself,is the first to say that they are seen as odd family .Perhaps I shouldn't have brought the subject up. I blame myself for being naive.
Nicolae: Don't believe everything you hear,our father is pretty influential around here. And that can make some people jealous. But doesn't define us.
Nicolae: Even if maybe that can give way to a few rumors,they aren't true?
I don't believe his explanation. Sarah talked about the Bartholy brothers. Not the father.
Allison:incidentally,I wanted to know when I meet your father? as he recruited me, I thought he would want to see me.
Nicolae: He travels a lot until he comes back,I'II will be taking care of our family. If you have any question,you can ask me.
