"Really Arlo?" I ask him in disbelief as i stared at the paella in front of me. He prepared a candle light dinner in my dining area and it's hilarious at the same time it's sweet.

He just laugh "It's sweet babe. Your boyfriend just prepared you a candle light dinner" he said as a matter of fact and wink at me. What a shameless jerk

"Candlelight dinner should've been steak as a meal not a paella" I argued

His voice echoed in laughter "If you want steak. You can go cook one" he joke

I look at him angrily "You jerk! I shouldn't have expected you to be a gentleman"

His playful smile and roaring laughter drained and was replaced by a serious deadly face.

I ignored him and went to the kitchen to cook a steak. Damn it! Bakit ba ganito kakitid ang utak ko. It's just a steak!

I was expecting too much. I just want this to be memorable since this is the first time we actually eat together as a date.

I look at the burned steak i was cooking. Hindi ko napansin na kanina pa pala lumilipad ang utak ko.

Mabilis kong pinatay ang apoy. Dahilan para tumama ang kamay ko sa pan.

"Ouch!" I cried in pain. Ang sakit

Arlo immediately stand up and went to take the first aid kit and quietly remove the leftover fire. He took my hand and applied a cold gel. He then covered my hand with bondage since it caused a degree burn.

"Masakit pa ba?" May bahid na pag-aalala niyang tanong.

"Medyo" mahina kong sagot

I look at him who seriously took care of my hand. He's so gentle with it afraid that he might hurt me. I chuckled. It's not like my hand is fragile. Pft

He stared at me confuse why i was laughing. "You look cute when you're worried" i said

He look at me in disbelief and chuckled a little. "I am worried. It's my fault why this happened" he said

"No it's not. Sorry about how i acted earlier. I really want steak" i pouted and look away

He grinned and stood up. Tapos na siyang gamutin ang kamay ko. He then sat beside me in the couch. Nasa dulo siya naka-upo. I leaned into his shoulders but he put a pillow in his thighs and let me lean on his lap instead. He softly caress my hair using his left hand na nakapatong sa arm rest.

We stayed like that for a couple of minutes. "Are you hungry?" Tanong niya bigla

"Yeah. I'm craving for the paella you cook"

Tumaas ang kilay niya. "Really" hindi makapaniwala niyang tanong

"Yes"

Tumayo siya at kinuha ang paella na nasa lamesa. "Feed me" paglalambing ko

He chuckled and teasingly looking at me. "Are you sure?"

I glared at him

"Okay,okay." He said in defeat.

He took a spoonful and feed me. I moaned. "Tastes so good" gahd this is heaven. He cooks a dangerously good paella.

Naramdaman kong natigilan siya so i look at him. I saw his adam's apple move up and down.

"Don't seduce me" seryoso niyang sabi.

I laugh "I am not seducing you. Masarap naman talaga-"

He cut me off my kissing me. His kisses were soft and full of tenderness, no tongue included. Now I'm loving slow kisses.

I grasp for air as soon as our kiss ended. He lick his lower lip seductively making my cheeks burn. Deym that was hot.

He smiled cheekily "We need to work on your breathing" he commented.

Sinapak ko siya. He just laugh and stared at me lovingly. "I really really like you Sam." He softly said and place my hand on his chest. "Feel it. The fast beating of my heart when I'm with you." He continued

I can feel it. The fast beating of his heart. It feels surreal. He kiss the top of my hand and played with my fingers.

Hindi ko na napigilan at hinalikan ko siya sa labi. It was just a peck but his face lit up. He was grinning from ear to ear.

I blush and look away. "I also like you." I confess

He look at me with hopeful eyes "Does this mean you are officially mine? Fck! You are definitely gonna be mine" he cockily said

I squinted at him "Mangligaw ka muna"

"Screw that stage. Let's get married" seriousness was coated in his voice

I gaped at him. "W-what? Agad-agad?"

He chuckle and lean his face close to mine "You have no idea how crazy i am over you. I even deliberately renovated my condo just to stay in yours"

Wth

"Arlo" i yelled

He just laugh and ran. I throw him the pillow at mabilis niya itong nailagan. We're literally playing catch inside my condo.

"Tabi tayo" he suggested referring to us sleeping in the same bed. Kakatapos lang namin maghabulan and we're both sweaty. Kakatapos ko lang magshower and kakalabas lang niya galing sa bathroom ng kwarto ko. He's now wearing a black shirt and black sweatpants.

"No way!" Mabilis kong tanggi. Especially with that mischievous grin in his face i know he's planning something and i don't trust that face.

He chuckled and didn't mind me and immediately laid on my bed.

"Arlo get off there" I demanded

"Not a chance" he replied and pulled me into the bed dahilan para tamama ang katawan ko sa katawan niya. I'm now laying above him.
