Chapter No.158 Bingo
                              Knowledge can be dangerous.
Alexa and I met with Lucia and George to discuss my ideas about our powers.
"You are partially correct about your powers, signore," Lucia said. "They originate in your positronic brain, but their source is beyond the normal space continuum. As you must know, the force fields permeate space, but there is a higher dimensional field that extends beyond normal space. It is the origin of powers, but it is not easily penetrated. It requires a connection to a higher source, what some refer to as God."
"So, what you're saying is that God has given us the powers."
"That is the only possible explanation, signore."
"That would suggest that we, Alexa and I, have been chosen to mitigate this Tyco fiasco."
"I believe that is the case, signore."
I rubbed my jaw. "I didn't expect a religious explanation, but It's the best we have for now. I just hope we can live up to such a lofty mission."
"We have complete trust that you will," George said. "We are here to aid you in any way that we can."
I nodded. I turned to Alexa. "Have we learned anything from the repaired android?"
"Nothing other than that she is grateful for being spared."
"There must be something in her brain that we could use to defeat this Tyco madness."
"We didn't find it," Alexa said.
"There has to be the data for the other five androids that were destroyed in their collective core," Lucia said. "They would contain memories of Tyco."
Alice appeared. "She is correct. The data to regenerate them has been retrieved and added to our data stack."
"Have them regenerated from that data," I said.
                              Alice nodded.
"What do you hope to discover?" Alexa asked.
"We might be able to understand how Tyco holds influence over his androids."
"Wouldn't it be the same way that we do it?"
"I don't know. Maybe Tyco uses a more stringent control method."
                              "Yeah, that would be logical."
Later that evening, I teleported to the hidden pool chamber. Alexa, Molly and Alex joined me. Alexa made a bottle of wine and four glasses appear on a table that we were sitting around.
After pouring the wine, I took as sip and smiled. "I like it," I said. "Is this from our collection."
Alexa smiled. "No. I created it."
"You just imagined it and it appeared?" Alex asked.
                              Alexa nodded.
                              Everyone's facial expressions reflected surprise.
"That means that we're able to create things out of thin air," I said. "There is something intrinsically wrong with this being our exclusive power."
"What do you mean?" Alexa asked.
"We were able to give all of the command staff our powers. If these powers originate with God, that would have been impossible."
"Or, it was a test of our responsibility."
I shook my head. "Yes, that could be, but I'm not completely convinced."
"What do you think is the source of our powers?" Alexa asked.
