USSR entered the docking area trying not to stand out and moving his scarf to cover his face more, he went down some stairs where he saw someone with a top hat and England suit, he also held a cane. The wind made his suit move with it and the sun was behind the sea, the man was staring at a big sailboat with large sails. The boat rocked back and forth with the moving waves and it creaked with what wood was used.

"I'm here," USSR said to the English man his Russian accent thick as always. The man turned around suddenly to the voice but calmed down after he saw who it was.

"Oh, I thought you were going to bring 13 Colonies." He said frowning and his own accent is heard.

The Soviet was quiet and had no expression, he was good at that. "I'm sure with his curiosity, would make him ask why we were meeting."

England let out an excepting sigh, the Russian was right. "Shall we start..." The Brit said turning his body to face the Russian who nodded. England started walking to the boat and USSR followed behind.

They both walked in silence as they headed out to stairs that made it possible to get in the boat. The two countries were quiet and had some tension but they both didn't speak untell they both got on the ship.

"This is the boat is one the strongest we could make, and you might not have a very large crew," The Brit said turning to face the other. They both were in the center of the very big ship, which was rocking back and forth. The air was becoming colder due to the setting sun and the clouds that were covering the sky blew away making the sunset clearer to see. The sunset was yellow, orange, and red with a dark blue threw out the rest of the sky. "Most of my people don't believe that there is a land beyond Europe and if you go too far you'll fall off the world."

USSR thought about this, "Well what do I got to lose." he said trying to lighten the mood but the comment made England look at the ground sadly and USSR regretted it. "Uh... were's the crew?" USSR said trying to change the subject and England inhaled and sigh. He straightened himself and faced the tall Russian.

"They are below packing their things and others are saying good-bye," England said looking at the dock than to the sea. They stood there in silence once again the Soviet Union didn't know what to say and he didn't need to speak. "Have you told 13 Colonies?" England asked a sad tone in his voice.

"No..." USSR paused. He opened his mouth to say something but nothing came out so he closed his mouth.

England looked back at the USSR who was looking down his scarf hiding most of his face, but only his yellow eye and eyepatch were shown. His scarf was gray and the wind came by making his scarf move with it.

"You know he looks up to you," England said it was a statement and not a question.

"He looks up to you as well," The Russian said back. The Russian saw that the other country did not believe him. "He talks about you with Russia and me," He paused again. "He says that he wants you to listen to him."

"I do... Listen to him." England said but his answer didn't sound confident. He paused for a second, "Don't you have problems with Russia?" England said trying to talk back.

USSR wasn't intimidated by the smaller country, "I do... but we talk it over," He paused and sigh, "England... I... just can't..." His voice was slightly breaking but USSR tried to hide it. "I can't... tell them... what is happening."

England changed his expression to pitiful, he could not imagine what his friend was going threw.

"I wish I could say 'I understand' but I can't so... I hope you have a safe sail to... where ever you go."

USSR smiled, that helped and he moved his scarf to show his face. "Thanks, England." England smiled back.

A cold breeze came making England shiver and look around; USSR was used to the cold. "Can you handle Russia?"
