That's nothing new
Old feelings resurfacing that you once consumed
You wanna make her yours
But she's a forbidden fruit
Off limits
Out of bounds
Just.. push the feelings down
You can't let it show
Can't let her know
Even though she's the only one you long to hold
Distract your self
Make your mind wander
Have a drink
Take a drag
Do whatever it takes to become less attached
You know you like her
It's so not new
Maybe the feelings will go away
Maybe you'll like someone new
But for now push the feelings down
Keep them to your self
Don't let them show
The tea can't be spilt
