"Well Blaze Anderson what do you want?" I said with attitude. He looks taken aback by my bluntness but quickly recovers.
"Nothing it just isn't everyday you see a pretty girl like you in a place like this."
"Mhm"
I go back to shooting but I can still feel his stare on me. Turning back around I ask again "Are you just going to stand there and stare at me."
"Yeah, I might do just that."
Oh gees he just isn't going to give up, is he. I finally look at him enough to see what he looks like. He looks around my age and is about a foot taller then me. He has slightly tan skin and green eyes. You can tell that he works out a lot and I just get a over all chill vibe around him but there is something about him that just makes me want to get to know him. Which is weird since I have never felt this way about anyone.
After talking for a little bit I learn that he is here with his dad who is here for Rico. That must have been the business he had to take care of. We decided to go find them so I got the guns and my stuff. I returned the guns to the front desk and we set off to find our dads. Wait..... did I just call Rico my dad. Well I guess technically he is but I had never felt that way but I think I am starting to. I was too deep in thought to notice that Blaze had grabbed my hand and was leading me to his dad and Rico who he spotted across the room over by the door.
Rico's POV I was talking to an old friend and fellow gang leader, Carter, when I look up to see his son Blaze and Ivy walking towards us holding hands. I look over at Carter to make sure I am not imagining it, and by the shocked look on his face I can tell I'm not. I have known Blaze since he was in diapers and I have known Ivy long enough to know that they are both very closed off because of what has happened to them in the past. I was also not prepared for her to start having boys around. Sighing, I run a hand through my hair. I knew it would come to this sooner or later but I was hoping for later.
Carter just laughed at my despair and patted my back. "You and I are both in for the ride of our lives if these two fall for each other." With a final nod towards each other we get ready to face the two that have the pasts to be able to break anybody, but they might be able to help each other. By the way he is looking at her I would say he is already head over heels for her.
