Chapter Six (Oh No)

"JORDAN GET DOWN" I said as I ran at her jumping on her causing her to fall while the gun was being shot at her.

"Oh my gosh Nicho.."

"We need to run go GO...GOOO" I said as I was getting up and pulling her up. I started to run and I could feel this sharp pain in my right shoulder.

"Nichole yo...."

"Its fine Jordan just keep running" I said as we were running away holding my right shoulder.

"Who was that" Jordan said to me as we were running.

"Lets not worry about that...Follow me" I said as we were running when I came to a stop near an opening that I'm guessing means that we made it out of the woods.

"Finally" we're out Jordan said to me.

"ya and I know where we are at least...The school Is that way" I said pointing to the right of us.

"were?" Jordan asked.

"Past there, We...well i need to get this checked out by Ms.Myer"I said pointing at my shoulder.

"What about the hospital? Where is that at?"Joran asked me.

"Too far...Come on we're wasting time, that guy could still be after us and we need to keep running just follow me."I said while I was running towards were the school was.

"I see it" Jordan said as she was running towards it.

"We finally made it to the school, We went inside to go look for Ms.Myer and we found her in the Nurses Office like usual. "Ms. Myer Nichole got shot." Jordan said as she was pointing at my arm.

"Oh, My gosh Nichole What happened?"Ms. Myer asked me as she was checking out the place that I got shot at which was my right shoulder.

"Well Jordan and Andy and I were doing a news report in the woods because 3 people died there and the cops were just leaving and we all heard gun shots and then Andy went towards were the guns shots were heard while Jordan and I ran the opposite way...Ow" I said as she was touching my right shoulder.

"Sorry...It looks like it was a near miss, The bullet managed to skim your shoulder but it looks like if the bullet would have gone a little lower it would have gone through your shoulder and not skim it.....But I hope Andy is ok."She said as she was going to her First-aid kit.

"Ya same" Jordan said as she was looking at my shoulder then at Ms. Myer and then at me.

"Ya but it was his choice in the first place, I mean he did it to himself but he probably got shot because we heard the gun shots and then they just stoped when im guessing he was there I don't know" I said while Ms.Myer was bandaging my Shoulder.

"Ok Nichole you need to be careful next time, You have gotten hurt Twice today, One by a tree, one by a gun, Whats next a Knife??" she asked me.

"Hey if it wasnt me then it was Jordan that bullet was gonna hit and if i didn't do anything then she probably would have gotten shot by now probably."I said as I was looking at Ms.Myer then Jordan then the ground.

Ms.Myer Finished bandaging my shoulder. "Ok Nichole Take it easy and be careful lifting things with that arm of yours ok?" Ms.Myer said as she was looking at my arm then at me with a serious face.

"I will I promise." I said looking at her then at Jordan then back at her.

"Im gonna make sure because this is twice today let try and not make it three times."Jordan said looking at me then a Ms.Myer.

"I Will be carefull ok" I said again.

We left Ms.Myers Nurses office that was in the school and by the time we left it was 3:28pm.

"What a morning" Jordan said.

"I know, I cant believe that all happened."I said as we were walking.

"Where are we gonna go now?" Jordan asked me.

"Well do you want to come over." I asked.

"Sure," Jordan said while smiling at me. After 10 minutes of walking we made it to my house the whole time we were silent, probuble because of what hapened with Andy;

"Hey Jordan and Nichole, Oh my gosh its been so long since I have seen you, You have grown so much" My mom said as she was hugging Jordan.

"Hey mom" I said as I hugged my mom at my house.

"So how long are ya staying?" my mom asked as she looked at me then Jordan then back at me.

"Oh not that long just to catch up on some work stuff" Jordan said looking at me then back at my mom.

"Ya we have a little bit left to catch up on there was another one...and we have to get a good story on it" I said as Jordan and I were walking towards my room.

"Oh...Ok"She said. I closed my door behind us and sat on my bed as Jordan sat next to me.

"Ok so..Andy.. What about him.."Jordan asked me as she looked at me then at the ground.

"I dont kno.." got cut off by my phone going off.

I took it out of my back pocket and looked at it

It was a text. Jordan looked at it.

......Then both of us looked at each other in shock...
