3RD PERSON
Bronwyn and Nate sit across from each other in comfortable silence, eating their dessert.
Nate had brought Bronwyn on a rooftop dinner date when he realized that one of his friends owed him a favor.
Since this friend owned a very nice apartment overlooking a very nice view, Nate asked if he could use the rooftop for the date.
He looks up from his cake that's already practically done and stares at Bronwyn eating her lava cake in a happy silence.
He could see her bouncing a little in her seat, giving a very small smile someone would have to really focus on seeing after each bite.
Nate softly smiles, nervous about the night.
He takes the final bite of his dessert and drinks the rest of his wine, waiting for Bronwyn to finish.
She looks at him and smiles, which drops when she realizes he's waiting for her. "Oh my gosh, I'm sorry."
Nate can now see she's rushing to finish her dessert and he gives a small laughs.
"Don't worry my love, no need to rush."
She looks up at him embarrassingly and gives him a strained smile before going back to finishing her lava cake.
After finishing her meal and drinking the rest of the wine in her glass, Nate takes her hand and leads her towards the ledge of the balcony.
A slight breeze passes through them and it makes Bronwyn slightly shiver.
She crosses her arms and looks at Nate.
"It's very beautiful here, especially when it's about to be nighttime."
He hums in agreement and tries to check his phone without her noticing.
Don't worry, almost there.
"You could see a lot of the city from here." She says, forcing Nate to look back at her as he puts his phone back in his pocket.
"Yeah, that's why I asked if I could use the rooftop. It's very beautiful at night, or so I've been told."
Bronwyn gives out a little giggle, and Nate smiles at her.
Nate's nerves are finally reaching to a point where he's about to start shaking, so he turns to look at Bronwyn.
"Bronwyn?" He asks, and she turns to face him. "Yeah?"
He sighs, looking her in the eye.
"We need to talk."
