The crowd was astonished at the reveal of Cornelius. He had finally shown his face after thousands of years of banishment. He was the definition of pure evil. He had a vile-hot temper; always angry at something and anyone. Cornelius had become the dark eye of the wizards,doing harm to the people yet the wizards and witches were to bring protection and guidance to those they served. Cornelius instead poisoned the minds of his subjects,feeding off their weaknesses,envy,jealousy and pride. He used to make him more powerful that one day,he tried to kill all the gifted. He had succeeded in eliminating all the wizards but the witches became too hard for him to conquer so they combined their powers and cast him out of the land,stripping him of all his powers.
During the days of his banishment,he met an alpha male who was also seeking for revenge. And for Cornelius to regain his magic,he had to take just a sip of the alpha male's blood on a gray moon. The two made a pact,a commitment that kept them striving together so as to get one thing...Revenge against those they hated the most. The alpha male had gotten his revenge but it proved not to be enough so Cornelius shape shifted into a figure of a fine young man,lived with his master's nephew and spelled his sister.

"You better step aside,witch. I don't play very nice with people who stand in my way." Cornelius states,making the sign of an X with his fingers then floated into the air to her.
"How?" Teriss squinted at him in bafflement
"I'm a wizard of no age since the blood of an alpha male dwell within my veins," he bragged but Teriss didn't give a damn. Cornelius caught glimpse of Estacita's tremulous figure. She was the main event of his plan and he had to complete it. He swiveled his arms ready to capture her but Teriss grabbed him with a squeeze of her fist. She whirled around and thrust her hand in the air,a white flame rushing towards the becalmed girl and swallowing her into the atmosphere.
"No!!" Cornelius snarled,sending a singing flame towards Teriss' inattentive figure;thrusting her against the wall then down to the ground. His feet tapped lightly on the ground while Teriss struggled to get up.
"You can't defeat me,woman. I am the sovereign among these inferior witches. The greatest there has been and will be forever....
"You talk too much!" Teriss scoffed at him and raising into the air "es-parta...de crombawn!!" She whirled once amidst the air,her eyes glowing into a bright amethyst glint; her scarlet gown spreading across the empty space. A darkening bold of saffron light darted across the room towards Cornelius,jabbing into his chest and tearing him apart to thousands of speckled pieces;vanishing into the thinness of the air.
"No!!! Cornelius!!" Jordileo let out a bloodcurdling mourn as Teriss fell to the ground in a thud. Hunter ran over to her,her lip was bleeding and she had now turned white. She had used all her strength in the spell to be able to eliminate Cornelius for good.
"You good for nothing witch! You killed Cornelius..you killed him!" Jordileo cursed,pointing at Teriss as she struggled to be conscious.
"You...how dare you?" Hunter left Teriss' in Maley's arms,flouncing over to Jordileo "You murdered my parents..that I was willing to forgive but spotting my sister,having a man old enough to be more than her great grandfather molest her...give me an excuse as to why I shouldn't kill you right now." He snarled through gritted teeth. His eyes darkening to an untold rage.
"Let go of him,Hunter...Now!!" Mustafa walked into the hall with a knife pointed at Tammy's throat.
"Tammy.." Hunter whispered,pushing his uncle to the side and standing up
"Not another step or I swear I will kill her." Mustafa ordered. Tammy held onto his arm around her neck with tears in her eyes. She stared back at Hunter;her heart pulsating against her ribcage in fright.
"Please,Mustafa.... please don't hurt her. Let Tammy go. I'm begging you!!" Hunter spoke,his voice laced with a silent plea.
"Shut up!" His cousin snapped and Tammy cried out as the tip of the knife touched her skin. "Your family has always done nothing but bring sadness and anguish to me. Your father...our Father caused my life to be filled with flaw."
"Mustafa,wha-what are you talking about?"
"He is your half brother,Hunter but your father left his mother after she got pregnant." Jordileo announced
"No!! It can't be true." Hunter snapped in disbelief
"It is,Hunter." Maley called out from where Teriss still lay. "You father had dated a French girl when he was in college but he left her when he was with child. Your uncle here wanted the same girl but she had gotten carried away by Jekiel. Only that caused rivalry between the two brothers." Maley said,a helpless tear oozing down her cheek and she harshly dabbed it away.
"You knew that he killed my parents all this time and you didn't tell me!"
"I didn't want to cause hatred between you and Mustafa because you had such a good connection. Am sorry,Hunter..." Hunter kept silent,raking a shaky hand through his hair. He undid his tie furiously;rubbing his palm over his pallid face. His whole life had been a lie and he still couldn't get it...
"Finish her,Mustafa." Jordileo broke into the silence and Hunter snapped his head towards his beloved
"No...please,Mustafa....don't harm her,she has nothing to do with this. If you should be angry at anyone it shows be me....be angry at me but please don't hurt Tammy."
"Mustafa... this is what you've been waiting to do all your life,now finish her!!" Jordileo clamoured angrily
"No.."Mustafa dropped the knife and pushed Tammy to the ground. Hunter darted towards her,taking her frail body into his arms as she broke into a series of tears.
"What have you done?!! You fool! Imbecile! This was your one chance to avenge your mother..."
"I never wanted to avenge her death!!" Mustafa shouted back at his uncle "it was you...it was always you. You filled my head with lies. You took advantage of me because you knew I'd do anything. You wanted me to take revenge on Hunter for your own pride..I never wanted this,all I wanted was the truth to be known; for us to reunite as a family again."
"Reunite?" Jordileo scoffed in frenzy "There will never be reunion among the Stark-Manchesters,son. They killed your mother!"
"I don't care!! She is dead and your brother is too. Isn't that enough killing already. I'm tired of you and your overwhelming jealousy!"
"If you won't do it...then I will!" Jordileo thrust the knife in the air,aiming straight for Hunter and Tammy. He didn't mind who it caught but so long as one of them was dead. Mustafa jumped,blocking the knife from landing to its intended persons; falling back to the ground with his blood one staining the hard floor.
"Mustafa!!" Maley ran towards him and crushed at his side "no... Mustafa!" She cried,her hand trembling over the knife that had landed into his heart. Jordileo stood becalmed in the middle of the hall as everyone crouched around Mustafa's stun body. Teriss crawled to his side and Maley immediately grabbed her hand,smudging it with his blood
"Please save him... please save my grandson!" She cried. Teriss looked down at Mustafa paradoxically without a clue of what to do for him. She lifted his head and rested it on her lap,placing her palm over the wound and continued to stare at him. She closed her eyes and leaned in towards him very slowly then kissed him,her lips lingered on his parched ones for a moment before a bright light debouched from his chest into the air earning a gasp from the viewers at the scene.
Mustafa's eyelids squinted before he blinked them open as the light died out. His gaze lingered into Teriss',his palm touching her cheek right before he opened his mouth
"After so long,I've finally found you...my mate!" He smiled and kissed her.
