What is this horrible disease?
Why cant we just die simply with ease

Its eating us from the inside without us knowing
A happy perfect person from the outside is whats it showing

Chemo therapy is the best option they say
Dont they know, it sucks the life out of you everyday

Its our body against us, how did this even start
It wasnt there when we were in a baby cart

Life is so unpredictable they say
Theres no guaranteed cure, no medicine and no other way

Some people survive but most of them dont
All they do is count their last days and moan
