***Lauren's P.O.V***

I woke up with a familiar touch around my waist and warm short breathes on my neck. All the memories from last night came racing to my head. Having dinner with Hayes, going to the park with Hayes, kissing Hayes...

I turned around to face Hayes but he was already awake. We kind of just stared at each other and it took everything in me to not turn away from my insecurities.

"Good morning beautiful." Hayes finally spoke with a deep morning voice, damn that was sexy.

"Morning." I shortly replied. Something about him scared me, I couldn't quite put my finger on it but I always got nervous and jittery when I looked at him. I couldn't take it anymore, I looked away.

Hayes just sighed. "Please just let me look at you." Hayes said softer than usual.

"I don't know Hayes it's just I get scared and I-."

"Your scared of me?" He asked with hurt in his voice. I remained silent.

"You are, your scared of me. Please don't be, I'm not scary, please, I do have a rough past and I can come off a bit intimidating but I would never, ever, do anything to hurt you." Hayes said making our foreheads touch.

There was only a little gap between out lips. Hayes shot a quick glance to my lips then back at my eyes. He was telling me he wanted a kiss.

I slowly closed the gap in our lips ever so softly and the same bombs and fireworks went off as last time. Our lips melted to each others and moved perfectly in sync. It was a sensation that has never happened to me before.

The kiss finally ended and we both just looked at each other some more. It wasn't an awkward silence but a comfortable one.

"I'm not scared anymore."
