I Could Really Use Somebody

Chapter 5

***Hayes's P.O.V***

I was playing football with Nash for about 45 minutes and we decided to take a break. I was all sweaty so I got changed. As I walk out I see a car pull in to the house next to us. That house has been empty for years so I was surprised.

Just then I saw a tall, dark haired girl with brown eyes in the window of the car. Wow. She got out of the car and walked into the house exposing her beautiful white dress she had on.

"Heads up!" I hear Nash say. "What?" I say, but just as I turn my head I get hit in the face with the football.

I run to Nash saying stuff like "you asshole!" And "fuck you!" Just then, the same girl in the dress comes out and takes some boxes into the house. She stops to giggle at us because we were still tackling each other.

Oh, she must live there now. Sweet!

***Lauren's P.O.V***

After 5 hours of unpacking boxes and walking up and down stairs. I'm pooped. I lay down on my new bed and got ready for bed. I'm interrupted by loud music and screaming coming from next door. Wait. That's where 'hot guy' lives. Yeah I don't know his name yet so I've just labelled him 'hot guy'.

I walk up to my window to see the same two boys at the other window. Our house was uncomfortably close to their house. The good thing about my room is it has a balcony and so does theirs...

I walk out on the balcony and try to catch the attention of the boys. I literally do everything from waving my arms around like a walrus to throwing pebbles at their window. They turned the music up and I was getting really annoyed.

I kept doing this for about 10 minutes when I finally gave up. As I was walking back into my room, one of the boys said "Hey, is there something wrong?" I of course have never had any nice interaction with boys before so I kind of freeze up. "Hello?" He said again. "Oh yeah sorry um but I'm I'm trying to sleep so can you please turn down the music a little. I grinned. "Yeah, sure of course!" "Thank you." I say back. "No problem." He winked. OMG he's hot.

I just rolled onto my bed and fell asleep right away. I can't wait to properly meet 'hot guy'
