Sleepless, a Poofless ff

This is indeed an author's note. I guess. So yeah... Yay?

I feel like I've lost connection with some of you guys. I'm not sure why, it just feels sort of empty. I'm not basing this off of numbers or anything, but I just want to stay close to you guys.

This...book?... I guess, has been an eye opener. I've felt so secure about my work as a writer, and it's been amazing. Sometimes I just need to sit back and think, "Wow...is this real?" This is the beginning of the road of my improvement as an author. I know I've asked about this before, but I want some real constructive criticism. I want to know what I can improve to make this the best reading experience I can possibly make it for you. I don't need favorites if I don't deserve them. My pure intention of this entire book is to become the best writer I can be. Now, I'm not saying I don't appreciate the support,because it is the most incredible things I've ever experienced. But, if I don't deserve the support, I want to know what I can do to deserve it.

*Warning, rant-mode activated*

Views and why I hate them. Overtime, views have become the main unit of somebody's success on this website. But honestly, I've seen some of the best authors with only 5 or so views. I think the views system is partly luck, which makes it invalid. See, somebody who knows nothing about youtubers could accidentally click on my story and instantly click out, but you know what? I still get that extra number. It's like ratios, 5 favorites/5 views is still better than 500 favorites/5000000 views.

I mean, altogether, thank you. I hope this community sticks together, and I hope I never leave it. So...I'm gonna keep on working with Sleepless, and it's actually winding down now. I did in fact release the prologue to a new ff, but this isn't the place to talk about it.  Don't stop reading. :)
