Jungkook was leaning on the car door and is impatiently waiting for me. I still haven't figured out what to say. I'm not that much scared or nervous but I'm feeling embarrassed for doing such a stupid thing.

"Why are u standing in the sun?" I asked.

"God, u r finally here!!!! What did he say?? U still have your job,right? U r still working as their model, right?" He bombarded me with his questions.

"Jungkook calm down! Let's not talk out here. Let's go home. We'll talk on the way." And with that we left.

"So tell me what happened." He demanded. "I'm sorry." I blurted out.
"Sorry? For what?" He asked taking a glance at me and again focusing on the road.

"I always do dumb shit but this one is something I never expected from myself." I started explaining. "So basically, my contract already ended a month ago and-" I explained him everything that happened.

"At least u have your job safe with u."

"Wait. Aren't you mad at me for this?" I asked shocked. I thought I would get a good scolding but instead he replied with complete calmness.

"No. Why would I get mad?! It's not like u were hiding it from me. U were ignorant about it as well." He tried comforting me. And I was just looking at the road in front of me and playing with my ring.

WAIT!! RING??
I looked down and there was a ring on my finger. I don't usually wear rings and as far as I remember I haven't put it myself and also I don't have a ring with initials. There are 2 initials, one of my name and the other is "J". It means-

I shot my head up and looked at him surprised. I don't want to say anything here. I'll wait till we reach home.

As we entered his place, I closed the door behind us. He was walking towards the living room when I quickly back hugged him. "Jungkook?" I spoke.

"Yes!" He put his hands on mine and replied. "Thank you" I said and hugged him even tighter.

"Thank u? For what?" He asked confused. "For the ring" I said.

"Ohhh. I almost forgot about it because of all this. But do you like it?"

"I love it!!" I broke the hug and went in front of him. "I really really love it." I said and kissed his cheek softly. He chuckled cutely on my action.

"I'm glad u did. But can u give it to me for a second?" He asked. "Umm sure. But why?"

"Just do as I say." He said. "Okay. Here, take it" I said giving the ring back to him. "So....actually I have something to tell u. I wanted to tell u yesterday but u fell asleep so I just put this ring on your finger while u were sleeping."

I was listening carefully to whatever he was saying. He said everything by looking straight into my eyes which means he meant every word he was saying.

"I thought a lot about it. It's been long since we have been together. I mean not that long but everytime I'm with you "my time" stops. The moments we've had in the past month till now are one of the most beautiful moments I have had in my life." I was just staring into his eyes without blinking & trying to process whatever he was saying.

"I want to continue to have more moments like these with u y/n. I want to hold your hand and travel this entire world. I want u to know that your hand is safe in mine. I want to show u the real meaning of joy and happiness. U r no longer alone y/n, trust me, I'll never leave your side. U know why?" I shook my head. I'm in shock. It feels like my heart is going to burst out of happiness already before he even completes whatever he has got to say.

"Because......." he bend on his one knee still not breaking the eye contact and took my hand. "Because, I love you" he finally said it. He confessed it. I was waiting for this day since longgg and he finally said it. I'm about to cry.

"May I?" He asked for the permission to put that ring on my ring finger. I nodded and he put the ring. Tears started brimming down my cheeks. He stood up smiling and started wiping my tears with his thumb.

"Tears do look good on your beautiful face and makes it look more delicate than it already is but still I will make sure that your tears have no reason to fall down and make my sugar plum cry."

Hearing those comforting words I tried to calm myself down. But I was still sobbing a bit.

"And also u don't have to give answer to my confession now if u don't feel like it. As I have said earlier, I can wait for whenever u feel u r ready."

"This situation is kinda truth and dare. I said the truth that I love u whole heartedly. And now I'm giving u a dare." He said smiling wide.

"Wh-what is it?" I asked in between my sobs. I was still feeling overwhelmed by his soft words.

He pulled me a litte closer and spoke softly.
*"DARE TO LOVE ME"*

For a second I froze on my spot and processed everything and finally I stopped sobbing as well and replied "I accept your dare whole heartedly." I tip toed, pulled him down by pulling his collar and locked my lips with his.

He gave in within a second and wrapped me around his arms and pulled me into his embrace while enjoying the kiss.
