"Give up dude." I mocked him.
"I won't." He said, determined. Sobra siyang naka focus sa ginagawa niya. Seems like he's really on fire to get it.
Ilang try pa at pare-parehas lang din ang nangyayari. Now, I feel so guilty. Nakakahiya naman talaga kapag sinabi mong kukunin mo iyon pero hindi mo makuha kuha. Buti sana if I'm not here then he's already spared from embarrassment.
I looked at my phone and I saw how late it is already. Papa might scold me later. Hinila ko na siya paalis sa arcade kahit na reklamo pa siya ng reklamo.
"Oy, malapit ko nang makuha!" Inis na sabi niya.
"Naka isang daang try ka na dude!" Inis ring sabi ko.
"Isang daan daw, sus. Bat may ganun ba kasi? Oy, are you feeling bad for me, huh?" Naglakad niya siya kaagad palayo.
"Why would you think such a thing?" tanong ko matapos siyang sabayan sa paglalakad. Gosh, this is what I'm talking about earlier. "Let's make that our next battle!"
"Cool." He said. "Let's go back here next time. Kung sino man ang loser saating dalawa, that looser needs to do a dare given by the winner!" Why the sudden change of mood? I thought he's mad because he just made himself fall into an embarrassment.
"Game!" I agreed.
