Chapter 1: The Announcement

Denki woke up to the loud ringing of his alarm clock. He recklessly hit the snooze button. 'Wait..... Oh shit it's Monday, I have school'. Denki raced out of bed and got dressed as fast as he possibly could. He grabbed his backpack and ran to class, almost tripping a couple of times. He got to class and into his seat just as the tardy bell rang.

Mr. Aizawa walked into the classroom and got to teaching almost immediately.

~Time skip to near the end of class~

"Alright, before I dismiss the class I need to address a few things. Tomorrow we are having a new student, I expect you to treat them with the upmost respect as you do the rest of your classmates."

'Oooh a new classmate, that sounds like fun. I hope I get to be their friend. Imma make a goal for myself. I will become the new student's friend by the end of the week.'

Denki was as happy as can be he left the room to go to lunch with his friends.
"Hey are you guys excited for the new student?" Denki asked out of the blue, he wasn't really listening to the conversation his friends were having. Everybody stopped and pondered the question in their mind before they spoke out.

"I'm really excited to see what they're like and how powerful their quirk is." Mina stated quickly.

"Yeah same" Kiri agreed.

"I just hope they aren't stupid" grunted Bakugo whilst he was looking at me.

"Haha very funny" I replied sarcastically.

The bell rings signaling for everyone to back to class. We all start walking to he next class we have. I slowly let myself fall behind the rest of my friends so I could gather my thoughts for a moment before class started.

'I really hope he/she wants to be my friend.'
