Chapter 12: The First Date

Shinso's Pov:

Well that's not what I expected today to entail, I'll admit that. But I did have a really good time with him.

I should probably try to sleep now. Sleep was always hard for me to come by, the only way I came sleep is if I'm sleeping next to someone. Or I'm like really really exhausted. 

I sat there, laying on my bed for about 3 hours before I finally decided to get up and do something.

I changed into a purple hoodie and sometime sun washed jeans. I went out the door and headed for the kitchen. Right now I needed a large coffee.

I walked over to he coffee pot and started making some. 

'What time is it?' I wondered. I looked at the clock.

'5:30, that gives me a little less then 3 hours.'

I waited for my coffee to finish then I went over to the bookshelf, (I'm 90% sure they don't have a bookshelf in the dorms, but just pretend) and grabbed one of the books that seemed most interesting to me.

I sat down at the couch and started to read. 

I read for about an hour before I went back up to my room and started to get ready for school.

I dressed in the uniform, after taking a shower of course. I grabbed all of my school things and walked back down to the kitchen to make a cup of coffee.

I waited patiently for my coffee to finish.

"Hey how are you today?" Someone asked suddenly. I jumped about a foot.

I turned around to see Denki waited for my answer. "I'm good, you?"

"I'm doing great!"

I chuckled at his enthusiasm.

"Can we walk to class together?" He asked.

"Sure"

I grabbed my coffee and school stuff and we started to make our way towards the classroom. 

It took us about five minutes to get to the classroom. We both sat at our seats and I decided to start a conversation with Denki while we were waiting for the teacher to come so we can start class.

I'm going to be honest, class was pretty boring. Me and Denki both agreed to meet after school and hang out.

We headed to a café that was near us. We had a lot of fun. We talked about the most random stuff, until Denki got real serious, real quick.

"H-hey um, Shinso, I was w-wondering if you w-would like to go out with me sometime?" He asked while covering his face.

The idea of going on a date with Denki threw my brain into overdrive. 

I must of spaced out because what brought me back into reality was Denki waving his hand in front of my face, with a worried expression on his face.

"If you don't want to that's perfectly fine. I mean I'm not a very likable person in the first place-" I cut off his rambling by kissing him.

He didn't kiss back at first, but slowly he melted into it.

Denki's Pov:

He was kissing me. He was kissing me! HITOSHI SHINSO WAS KISSING ME!!

Oh my god, I can't believe this. I thought he was going to be disgusted by me.

But no, he was kissing me.

He pulled away after a minute of two. Both of our faces were bright red.

"Yes I would love to go on a date with you. How about Friday at 7:00 P.M?" He said. Ok .... Hold on WHAT, HE AGREED?

"U-um, sure." I said pathetically. 

"Alright, How about we meet at The gates to UA at 6:45 ok?"

"Mhm" I nodded.

~Time Skip To When Friday~

'Okay, I need to look good for Shinso, I want to make a good impression.' I thought to myself. 

"I need Mina's help" I said to no one in particular. 

I grabbed my phone and called Mina's number. She picked up on the third ring. "Hello." She said.

"Mina I need you help."

"With what?" She asked.

".......I'm going on a date with Shinso." I mumbled just loud enough for her to hear.

I waited for a second before I heard her screaming through the halls. She must of muted her phone.

"Okay I'm coming!!!" She hung up before I could even respond.

She was in my room within minutes.

"Okay now, let's find the perfect outfit for your special date!!" She almost screamed.

"Shhhhh someone might hear you!" I shushed her.

"Sorry" She said sheepishly. "Now let's start!"

We were trying to find the 'perfect outfit' for about 2 hours. I looked at the clock.

"It's 4:00, we have about 2 and a half hours left, we need to hurry and pick one."

"*Gasp* I found the perfect one!!" Mina yelled at me, " Go try it on!!!"

 A few minutes later I came out of the bathroom.

"You're ready." Mina said.
