The monitor turned off as Chase's drone returned from to his pup pack. The room was so silent, a needle could be heard dropping. No one could make sense of what they just heard. They just knew that something was wrong.

"Why would he want Chase and Marshall?" asked Mayor Goodway, breaking the silence.

"It could be revenge on their family," replied Ryder. "Chase and Marshall both knew Jason Puissance before any of you guys. And because he already has their parents, he might want to capture the rest of the plan."

"Or to get at the Paw Patrol," said Rubble.

"What do you mean?" asked the mayor.

"Well, Chase and Marshall are the most valuable members of the team," Rubble explained. "It may sound wrong, but its the truth. Not only are they the strongest of us, but they also know how to do all of our jobs. They taught us all the jobs in the first place. It would make sense to want to take them."

"He's right," agreed Rocky. "If Puissance took anyone else, there will always be someone who can do that job. Sure, it wouldn't be the same, but it's won't affect the team's professional work as much. If he takes Chase and Marshall, however, there wouldn't be anyone else to do their job, because they are the only ones to know how to do it."

"I agree," said Zuma. "Remember when we became merpups and saved Puplantis?"

"Yeah," said Ryder. "What about it?"

"When we were chasing after Pirate Sid, Chase was on land in case it came back up to the surface," Zuma explained. "When the Sea Patroller got stuck between the rocks, Ryder called for Chase to help. He turned into a merpup and retrieved the magical clam by himself. Chase and Marshall are the most important members of the Paw Patrol."

"We don't want you guys to believe that we are more important than any of you," said Chase.

"Yeah, you guys are as important to the Paw Patrol as we are," said Marshall. "Each one of us is skilled to do each other's job, yes, but that doesn't mean that we should. The Paw Patrol wouldn't be the Paw Patrol if one of us wasn't in it."

"Thanks, guys," said Zuma and Rocky at the same time.

"Hey, Ryder," said Rubble. "Jason and his team are on the move. Should we follow them."

"Not yet," Ryder replied. "We will follow them once they are further ahead so they won't see us. We are going to wait a couple of minutes. In the meantime, put on the super spy suits you used while in Barkingburg They now have all your old gears as well as all the things that Chase's suit has. You guys might need it."

"What about you, Ryder?" asked Zuma.

"I have my own suit that I will put on as well," Ryder replied.

The pups ran to the elevator. Luckily, Marshall didn't cause a crash this time. They went down to change into their spy suits and returned back up. They were ready to go, but couldn't see Ryder anywhere. They waited a bit longer until Ryder came up in the elevator. He wore the same uniform he wore on Mission Paw. He had black pants whit blue knee pads. He wore a helmet with goggles covering his eyes.

"You pups ready?" asked Ryder.

"Yes, sir," replied Chase. The others nodded in agreement.

"Where's Mayor Goodway?" asked Marshall.

"She's on her way back to city hall," replied Ryder. "Her, Chickaletta, as well as all the other citizens are going to stay at City Hall until we deal with Jason Puissance. Now, let's go save the others."

The pups cheered as they went down the slide into their vehicles. The first one to go down the slide was Chase. He was followed by Marshall, then Rocky, Zuma, and finally Rubble. As they got off the slide, their pup houses turned into their Mission Paw vehicles, which was black and the pup's main color. They drove them to the front of the lot, and instead of Ryder coming out of the garage in his ATV, he came out in the Mission Paw Patroller. Robo-Dog was driving the giant bus.

The pups drove their cruisers into the Paw Patroller. When they got in, they sat in their designated spots.

"Are you pups ready," Ryder asked. The pups told him that they were. "Alright then, let's get this show on the road. Step on it, Robo-Dog," Ryder told the robotic canine. Robo-Dog barked and went through the bridge and followed the truck. Ryder has already programmed Robo-Dog to follow the truck but stays at least thirty miles apart from it.

Skye has just waken up from her slumber. She looked around and realized she was inside a cage. Her head felt heavy and dizzy. She waited a minute before getting up and looking around her. The cage was about the size of a small car, but for Skye that was big enough, though she wished she wasn't in there. She noticed another cage connected to her's that was slightly bigger. The room both cages were in was dimly lit. Skye noticed that there was someone else in the other cage, but couldn't see who it was.

"Hello?" she called out. The figure started to move. "Are you okay?" Skye asked.

"Skye?" a familiar voice said. The figure stood up, revealing that it was, as Skye guessed, a pup like her.

"Everest? Is that you?"

"Yes, it's me where are we? What are we doing here?"

"I'm not sure," confessed Skye. "I just woke up. I can't remember what happened before we got here."

"Me neither," said Everest. "All I remember was that we were at the Lookout, but everything else is just a big blur."

Everest looked around as well. They both realized that they were in a dark room.

"We have to find a way out of here, " said Skye.

Just then, they heard a door open. Skye and Everest acted as if they were still asleep to not get any attention. They waited to check if they can hear anything. They heard multiple footsteps getting closer. They figured there were at least three men walking into the room.

"I have a special job for you two," said the voice of a man, who Skye and Everest recognized as the voice of Jason Puissance. "Make sure these two pups don't leave your sight. They are needed for a bigger plan."

One of the men with Jason scratched his head. "I thought you wanted the german shepherd and the Dalmatian."

"You are short-sighted, soldier," Jason replied. "These two are part of the Paw Patrol. They will come looking for them as well as the others."

"Oh, I see," the soldier said. "We will watch over them like hawks."

"Good," Jason said. "I am going to go to my room. We have a big day tomorrow." Jason left the room, leaving the two soldiers behind.

About an hour after Jason left, the soldiers went to a table nearby. They turned on the light above the table and started playing cards. They seemed to be bored and decided to pass time by playing Go Fish.

Skye and Everest opened their eyes and looked at each other. Since the cages shared a wall, they were at whispering distance.

"We have to get out as soon as possible," whispered Everest.

"But how?" asked Skye.

"I'm not sure yet," replied Everest. She looked over to the soldiers. Over the soldiers' heads, their was an electronic clock wall that said that it was eight o'clock at night.

"It's pretty late," said Everest.

"Let's go to sleep," said Skye. "We will figure out a plan tomorrow." Despite being asleep almost all day, they were still pretty tired. Their heads were filled with thoughts about what they heard. Jason Puissance wants Chase and Marshall. He probably has a bad plan for them. And they knew that the Paw Patrol were going to come to the rescue. Still thinking about these things, they fell asleep a while later.
