"We're here." I state as me and Asra stand outside of the cave of wonders, hand in hand.

"Sure seems like it." Asra says, chuckling slightly.

I lead the way inside the cave, darkness shrouding around us as we enter. I squeeze Asra's hand lightly as to make sure he's still here.

"Do you remember the way?" Asra asks and I nod slightly.

I place my free hand onto the cave wall, feeling the warmth emit from it. I drag Asra down the cave as I feel the heat from the wall get hotter and hotter. The walls become narrower then wider as we continue to explore further down the cave.

We haven't been here for over a year now, since I worked for Nadia at the palace for the first time. We came here so long ago but it feels like we were in here yesterday. I can't believe it's been over a year since all of that happened.

I continue to walk down the tunnels until I see a warm light nearby. I walk closer to it and see the small pond covered in lotus flowers and lily pads. I smile and look back at Asra as he looks at the cave in amazement.

"We're here." I state, making Asra chuckle slightly.

"Let's have our picnic by the pond." Asra says, letting go of my hand and having a picnic basket and blanket appear before him in his hands.

We set up the blanket and sit down, opening the basket and taking out an assortment of different sandwiches, sliced fruits and small cakes. I sit with my legs crossed as Asra lays back and rests his head onto my lap, making me chuckle slightly. He lets out a contempt sigh as we start eating our picnic.

"It's feels like we haven't been here in forever." I say, munching on one of the sandwiches as Asra chuckles.

"Well, it has been a year since we last came." Asra says, taking an orange slice and placing it in his mouth.

"I guess you're right, thank you for taking me out. I'm having such an amazing time with you." I say, placing a soft kiss on his forehead.

"Maybe I should take you out more of that means more kisses." He says, getting a giggle out of me.

"We'll see." I say, as I watch him close his eyes and relax as if he's ready to take a nap.

Curiosity peaked my interest as I start to think of why we came here. Sure we do go to strange places and travel a lot but we usually go to explore or grab some ingredients for the shop. And yes we do enjoy a lot of beautiful sights but today just feels a bit different, kind of off. Like something is going to happen, I can feel it.

"Hey Asra." I call out, making him shift slightly.

"Yes love?" Asra responds.

"Why exactly did you want to come here today?" I ask and watch as his eyes open widely.

"W-well, I just thought we could visit the place where we had our first kiss and reminisce in that memory." He says, looking to the side.

That's right, we did have our first kiss. Not our first official kiss but the first kiss I can remember from. We had come here a year ago and when I fell into the water Asra jumped in to help me. When he did we shared our first kiss, I will never forget how I felt during that.

"That's so sweet of you." I smile, ruffling his hair slightly as he smiles.

"Since we're here, how about you try your magic out like last time. Last time you lit up the cave so beautifully, since you've been practicing your magic more why not rest out here and see how it goes." Asra says, sitting up slowly.

"That's a good idea." I say, standing up from the picnic blanket and walking closer to the pond.

I stare a the pond, the light from the lotus flowers reflecting off the water. I crouch down and touch the water lightly with my hand, feeling the coolness of the water. My eyes flutter closed as I summon my magic, letting it take over. I feel as my magic flows from my finger tips and the warmth takes me over. I open my eyes to see the pond, now with bright purple, pink and blue colors swirling in the water like oil. I stand up and look at the cave walls, seeing light gold and blue splashes all over the cave while glowing, making certain patterns. I slowly turn to Asra while seeing my creation.

"Asra, do you see-" I say before stopping myself as I see the sight before me.

I see Asra down on the blanket, he's rested on one knee while holding out a white box. I see something shine from the box as I look at it closely, a single ring nestled inside of it. I look up to see Asra, his face full of determination and worry as he clears his throat and starts speaking.

"Y-Y/N, you know I love you with everything in my being and I know you love me just as much if not more. We have known each other for so long and despite you not remembering all those memories, I still love you as much as I loved you before, if not. My love has grown stronger as I watched you become your own person. Even after everything we've been through from fighting the devil, to defeating Lucio, to getting my parents back, to getting your memories back, I still love you and I always will. No matter what may come between us whether it's a beast, a spell, an argument I will still be here for you and I know we are way stronger than that. You are my accomplice, my best friend, my lover, and now I ask you to be so much more. The love I have for you is so much I feel at times it will just burst out of me and I can't contain it for any longer. I want to be with you forever and always. I want to learn with you, learn from you , teach you, grow with you, have a bright future with you, build a family with you, grow old with you. I want everything I can name under the sun, moon and stars with you. You are my world, my light in the darkness, my comfort, my everything. And now I ask you for your hand, to place this ring on your finger and become mine forever. Y/N...will you marry me...?"

I watch in disbelief at the sight before me, tears overwhelming me and taking me over. I rush over to him and wrap my arms around him tightly. I continue to cry as I let go of him and cup his face with my hands, kissing him passionately and longingly. After a while I separate myself from him and rest my forehead against his as I stare into his deep purple eyes.

"I'm guessing that's a yes?" Asra says as I giggle at his statement.

"Of course it's a yes, I'll marry you." I say, smiling as tears continue to roll down my face.

Asra backs away slowly from me and takes the ring from the box and putting it aside. He takes my left hand and I hold out my ring finger as he slips the ring on. It's such a beautiful ring and it reminds me of him. He wraps his arms around my waist and I wrap mine around his neck as he smiles softly. He inches himself closer to me and kisses me slowly aw ai tighten my grip on him. He continue to kiss and cuddle in the cave. I can't believe he did this, this is my wildest dream come true. We're getting married, this is so unbelievable. Please don't tell me this is a dream, let this be true. And if it is a dream please never wake me up. I can't believe we're getting married.
