Hey guys! Holy crap has it been a long time. Thanks for #3 in weight loss tips. It's funny cause my story is trash, but I'm back again.
So... there's some catching up to do for sure. First of all, I no longer starving myself, but I did end up gaining 20 lbs over quarantine. So now with new goals, and new motivations, it's time to get productive again!
I'll be updating my tips and logging food and activities for myself tomorrow. Be sure to stay tuned for new updates. Whether it be to stay healthy, lose weight, to look good, or even just to feel good about yourself, being nice and helping your body, and mind can be very beneficial. Especially when going about it in a healthy way!
