𝒸𝒽𝒶𝓅𝓉𝑒𝓇 𝓉𝒽𝓇𝑒𝑒

Yamaguchi stayed out later than the rest. He was the only one left from the surf club at the beach. He sat cross legged on his board on the water. It we as dark outside and the waves pushed his board up and down like the sea was breathing. He got nervous meeting new people and the ocean relaxed him. He was nervous about sharing a room with someone new, waking up to see them, eating breakfast with them. He shook his head, he was supposed to be relaxing not getting more stressed out.

He took a calming breath and looked up at the sky. He lived in a small town by the ocean so you could see the stars much clearer at night. He looked at the bright twinkles in the sky. They blinked down at him. He was getting sleepy so he paddled back to shore. He began walking back home with his board under his right arm. He set his board down next to Suga's and took off his sandy flip flops. He opened the door and looked at the stove clock. 9:57 pm. He stayed out later than he thought, he was glad he did though, he was very relaxed.

Yamaguchi entered his room quietly, he looked at the usually empty bed to see a sleeping figure in it. He got some pajamas and a bath towel and went to his bathroom across the hall. Tsukkishima's stuff was on the other side of the sink, all of this sharing a bathroom and bedroom was new to him. He took a warm shower to rinse the salt off his skin and out of his hair. He dried off and put his pajamas on and brushed his teeth. He entered his room again and laid on his bed. The sound of the waves pulled him into sleep.

Yamaguchi woke up the next morning to Suga's voice from the kitchen. "YAMS! SAWAMURA!! WAKE UP! BREAKFAST IS READY!!!" He pushed his blankets off of him and rubbed his eyes. He swung his legs over the side of his bed and his bare feet touched the wooden floor of his bedroom. He yawned and looked at the other bed, it was neat. Tsukkishima likes to make his bed huh? Yamaguchi walked to the counter to eat, he rubbed the sleep from his eyes "g'morning Suga, Daichi.." he saw Tsukkishima and blushed. Yamaguchi felt very underprepared for meeting this man. Golden brown eyes stared into his tired green ones. His messy green hair clung to his face while Tsukkishima's was short and neat. "g-good morning Tsukkishima-san..I'm Yamaguchi Tadashi" he introduced himself with a small bow. "sorry I look so messy.." he smiled nervously. "It's fine I guess.." Tsukkishima's voice sounded so nice, those four words were the first he ever said to Yamaguchi.

Yamaguchi sat next to Tsukkishima and ate a bagel. Tsukkishima was on his phone while eating cereal. He tried to stop staring at him. Thankfully the taller boy didn't notice his stares. Yamaguchi finished his food and went to go wash off his plate. It was still pretty early so he figured he'd have time to hang out at the beach. He went and got ready for work, washing his face, brushing his hair and teeth, and putting clean clothes on. He was about to leave when he noticed it was raining. He sighed, he could still hang out at the beach in the rain, right? He grabbed an umbrella "bye Suga, Daichi, Tsukkishima..I'm gonna go to the beach" he said over his shoulder. Suga didn't question him, Yamaguchi loved the beach, he wouldn't try to stop him. Tsukki opened his mouth to say something but Yamaguchi was already out the door.
