𝒸𝒽𝒶𝓅𝓉𝑒𝓇 𝑒𝒾𝑔𝒽𝓉

"Tch" Tsukki clicked his tongue as he looked at the greenish water and the sand burning his feet. "why did I come here again?" he asked as he sat under the umbrella to avoid the sun. Yama was putting sunscreen on himself "you said you'd come, no backing out now!" he giggled. Tsukki groaned as he was pulled along the beach by Yamaguchi. "Oh come on Tsukki! the water isn't that bad! look! it's warm, sparkly, it's even clear today!" Yama said as the water washed over their feet.

The water was warm and clear like Yamaguchi said, Tsukki pushed up his glasses. "It's just water.." Yamaguchi pulled him farther in, the water went up to their waists "yeah but it's fun!" the green headed boy smiled. he dove under the water and swam around, he picked up a shell and came back up.

Yamaguchi sat beside Tsukki eating a granola bar, his hair was wet which made it seem longer than it actually was. Tsukkishima watched him, he looked back at the ocean. he had to admit that it was incredibly pretty, the two different shades of blue met at the horizon line, the ocean sparkled while the sky was dotted with big fluffy clouds. the smell of sand and salt mixed in the air was nice, the sounds of the waves, children playing, seagulls, and music playing was relaxing. now he saw why Yamaguchi loved this place so much.

Yama finished his snack and put the wrapper away "let's go dig the biggest hole ever!" Noya shouted, Yamaguchi smiled and motioned for Tsukki to follow. they spent the next hour or so digging a hole. by the end everyone's fingernails had sand in them and the hole was big enough to fit Noya in if he was sitting. "that was fun!" Yamaguchi looked up at Tsukki "right?" Tsukkishima only nodded in response.

the rest of the day was spent surfing, swimming, listening to music, collecting shells, and having fun. Tsukkishima was having fun for once in his life, not that he would ever say that though. the sun was beginning to set, the clouds were cast with a pink glow that made them look like cotton candy, Daichi was grilling hamburgers for everyone on the grills that were placed along the beach. "Hey! come get your food!" he said.

they ate together on their towels happily as they made pointless conversation. Tsukkishima was relaxed, he hadn't felt this safe and relaxed in a very long time. He finished his food and sat there quietly and watched the ocean.

after a few hours people started heading home "I guess we should go too then huh?" Suga said. They started packing up their stuff and walking him with their boards. they leaned them against the house and took their flip flops off. "okay, shower time, don't wanna smell like seaweed!" Daichi said as he walked to his and Suga's bathroom. "hey wait for meeee~!" Suga ran after him( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

"you can use the shower first" Yamaguchi said to Tsukki, the blonde nodded and went into the bathroom to shower. Yamaguchi sat on the couch waiting for his turn. Tsukkishima came out of the shower and Yamaguchi got in, he rinsed the salt from his hair and skin. he put his pajamas on and laid on his bed.

"that was fun" Tsukki said into the dark. Yamaguchi smiled "I'm glad you think so, that's basically what we do at the surf club"
"maybe I'll join then.."
"really?!"
"i'll think about it"
Yamaguchi smiled and curled up under the sheets "goodnight Tsukki!"
