Multiple small settlements to die from a collapsed lungs to Third-degree burns.
The explosion happened underground in a mountain, even though it was underground 4.5km underground the explosion caused a
Landslide to happen in the Himalayas.

With the Himalayas now Shortened 150-200 meters The landslide Killed thousand is Civilian lives
And Massive infrastructure damage to
Nepal, India, and China

After the Landslide, the Fallout happened later
With tonnes of smoke and ash now falling from the sky it Shook the Natural Ecosystem of all the East Central Asia
From the rainforests of Vietnam to the Gobi Desert, these changes came in the form of Changed weather patterns and radiation

The dry cold deserts of Mongolia now are Lush green creeks and forests
This was caused by the now Shorter Mountains of Tibet, Rain clouds which were captured by the Mountain in the form of Snow now can go inland

In Vietnam and other countries that rely on the melting of the Glaciers now has Less and less water
The snow that was captured was now Moving inland more easily and in turn, was now Flooding or drying out
The small rivers and Creeks that spread out from Mongolia and the Altai Mountains are now Full on Rivers, which caused multiple floods that never expected the Small Mongol creeks to hurt them this badly,
In the other hand, small towns and villages that relied on the Mostly even Rivers now are in danger of Starvation, communities that Caught fish and rice farming now Lost most if not all of their food
This caused a mass migration to the Cities...

This caused more Suffering than good

The country Whole lost 80-90% of their Farms
The Migration of Hungry farmers that don't know how to use a computer or other High skill jobs now wander the streets of Bangkok, Phnom Penh, Vientiane, and Hanoi,
This caused Strains on the small nations that nobody could help
Even the red cross and other Humanitarian efforts fall short, this pulled the US in Cambodia, Thailand, Laos and... Vietnam.
The US the second time put its boots in Vietnam in 57 years after the Vietnam War
The Move to help the four small tourist countries was made by the American people
It was supported by Private Company's but Most of the Support came from the Civilians
SpaceX gave a small group of Engineers and Electricians to the country
This gave SpaceX the Greenlight in all of the population. Engineering group, that will build a water tower with the goal to help the dehydrated people? This was great news
Electricians that will fix or improve their Transformers and power plants?
This will give many advantages to the Humanitarian effort
This gave the people of South Asia a goal to strive for, they suffered from the same Disaster and now have a new goal, S.A.A(The South Asian Alliance) was formed and is now the Asian version of the EU, they will use a new currency

With the new Union south Asia is now Growing Faster than Ever, the industry is booming in Vietnam, Thailand, Burma, Cambodia
And plans for a Net of Roads and Railroads to connect every one of the countries.
