Izuku supposed that this whole pranking thing was fun.Actually, that was an understatement. He was having the time of his life- er, afterlife, sorry. But the point is, he can't remember a time he laughed so much. Before, he was always too scared to act on the more playful side of himself. The first few times he tried, he always ended up with a new bruise.
So he figured that he might as well just stay the good child. Well, as good as a Quirkless child could be.
So far, they'd manage to terrify a flock of tourists, confuse a couple of school children, and make a group of people believe that pomegranates are sexist.
__________
Shirakumo waved Izuku over to him. "Alright, so this one is a bit more complicated. I want you to possess the pomegranates." He explained. "What? Why?" Shirakumo gave him a smirk with a mischievous glint in his eye. "Just trust me."
"Okay.."
"Great! Now, whenever a girl picks you up, make her drop you. But don't do anything if a guy picks you up."
"Why?! What's the point?"
"Two words my friend. Sexist. Pomegranates."
"W h a t"
___________
Izuku snickered as he recalled the fiasco. Yeah, he and his new friend were getting along wonderfully. "Hey, Izuku!" Speaking of his new friend.. "Come on! I wanna show you around the UA campus!"
"Coming, coming. Slow down a bit!"
They laughed and joked all the way to the prestigious school.

Inko sobbed as the casket lowered into the ground. It just wasn't fair. There weren't many people in attendance. Just her, the Bakugos, and a few of Inko's coworkers. Hisashi couldn't even be bothered to be at his only son— and child's— funeral. Suffocation. That's what the official cause of death was. Her baby died slowly, no doubt it was painful, too.
Mitsuki clutched her friend's black dress. She was crying too. But who could blame her? She watched Izuku grow up right alongside her own son, Katsuki. He was standing silently next to his father, who had a dejected look on his face. Katsuki just looked.. shocked. Like he couldn't believe that the little boy he grew up with was dead.
He only cried when they started covering the coffin with soil. The priest gave one final 'may he Rest In Peace' spiel before the funeral home's director declared the ceremony over. Time to go home.

Despite what people might think, Bakugo wasn't heartless. He just showed affection differently. He was a firm believer in tough love; just like his mother. But even though he may seem uncaring, aggressive, and even violent in some cases, he still cared.
Katsuki clenched his fist as he sat on his bed. He'd be the number one hero. Because Deku couldn't.
