"i knew that you were going to be sick." beomgyu scolded as he scanned the pills and water, shoving it into the taller's hands.

"i-" before soobin could continue, the black-haired boy interjected. "why would you run into the rain without an umbrella? you will obviously get sick! did you take a day off? go see a doctor."

acknowledging soobin's laughter, beomgyu asked, "why are you laughing? did you listen?"

"you're acting like my mom. i really want to say the phrase now."

"don't you dare."

"okay boomer."

rolling his eyes, beomgyu said, "but seriously, you need to rest. go home."

"i know. i'm feeling so tired now..." soobin sighed, collapsing onto a chair.

"for god's sake, go home! you need to sleep," beomgyu huffed, dragging the latter's arm in attempt to pull him up.

"but i don't want to go out again to get food! just let me stay here,"

"there's something called delivery,"

"the delivery fees? i'm broke."

"soobin!" beomgyu whined, pulling the taller again. "go to my house, i'll cook for you." he blushed realizing what he had said. "no, i mean-"

"okay, but are you sure you're not some kidnapper?"

"why would i want to kidnap someone like you?"

"okay...wait excuse me?"

dragging the taller along with him, he yelled at kai. "kai! i'm leaving early, help me take a day off."

-

as he finally got soobin to his house, beomgyu pointed to his bed and told him, "sleep there. i'll cook, alright?"

soon, the younger returned, holding a bowl of soup.

"here, have it! where's your medicine?"

soobin pointed to somewhere in a corner before taking a sip of the soup, coughing afterwards.

"oh my god how much salt did you add? are you trying to kill me?"

"i'm sorry i don't cook much! you should be grateful i let you stay here," beomgyu huffed in the most sarcastic way he could.

soobin sighed and sat up. "where are you going?" the other asked. "to cook for myself," soobin replied. "what? no! you need some rest. i'll try again, and it would be nice, i swear!" beomgyu mumbled. the taller left a "fine," and sat down in defeat.

-

soobin drank his soup (takeout) as he eyed the raven head. "why are you looking so nervous in your own house?"

beomgyu did not know the reason, too.

is it because soobin may be a robber? no robber could look that good.

is it because he messed up the soup? he don't fuss over small things like that.

so why is he so nervous?

for the first time in his life, beomgyu felt feelings he couldn't explain.

-
