One Week after the Due Date~

"Push, Miss Shang" the doctor said. Shang was in a small delivery room at the mansion. The guys couldn't bring her to a proper hospital because her name was still on the missing page. So as time passed during her pregnancy, they bought equipment and tools for labour. Doctor Drew is the family doctor; he studied labouring at the process of making sure that Shang and the baby were healthy. He had been a great help during her pregnancy.

She screams as she puts all her strength into pushing. The pain was almost unbearable; it felt like she was being torn in half under her legs. Her muscles were sore all over, and she was losing strength, but Doctor Drew's encouragement added a little determination to her.

She gripped the railings of the hospital bed while prolonging the pushing. 

"Good Job, Miss Shang. Please give me three more pushes like that," The doctor held the baby's head, applying soft pulling just so the baby wouldn't be hurt. Shang performed alot of pushes. Biting her bottom lip painfully as she silences her shout so she can give more strength in pushing through her lower half.

Her eyesight was already blacking out, but the cries brought her back to her senses before she could really pass out.

"Wahh~"

It was a melody in her ears. It made her heart burst with love and hope just by hearing those cute and gentle cries. She watched Doctor Drew on a counter, probably cleaning or cutting the umbilical cord. His back was facing so Shang couldn't see the baby.

Just when she's about to request if she could see her baby, another pain strikes in her belly, making her shout. There was another contraption.

"Ah!" She holds the bedpost tighter as she braces herself for another delivery.

Twins?

The doctor thought as he gave the little boy to a nurse and walked back to where Shang was.

"I-i think there's a-ano-Ugh!" She tried speaking as she pushed herself to the bed and pushed her stomach without the doctor's permission. He panicked. Waiting for the baby to show its head.

"You're gonna have twins!" He tries to cheer her up, knowing what great danger this could be to the family history. "Push Miss Shang"

This one was easy to push. Probably because she had already pushed the first baby that she's getting used to the pain, or probably, the baby is just small.

When the baby was successfully out, Shang didn't hear any cries. Her heart began to throb, still not hearing any sounds. But her vision was blurry, and there was a subtle ringing in her ears.

She peered at the doctor to see him frozen in his spot. Shang began to worry as to why the baby wasn't crying.

"D-doctor... Is my baby okay?" She asked, and tears began to form in her eyes as she tried to change her position by sitting, but the nurse stopped her.

He didn't know this would happen. He didn't think that there were two, even though the ultrasound showed one baby only. This baby was deformed. It didn't completely develop.

He held the fetus with his bloody hands. The colour of the baby was already pale and a shade of blue.

Drew tried saving the baby by performing CPR and by slapping the little boy's butt to make him cry. He could already tell that the baby had died in her womb before she became pregnant. This baby was older than the firstborn baby. This is the firstborn.
