I woke up the next day. Avani was already awake. I headed downstairs and all the boys and Avani were there. I hugged Avani and we went to the kitchen together. We ate some cereal we got from Target yesterday and went to our room to change. I just put on some sweatpants and an oversized sweatshirt to cover the bruise on my stomach. Avani did the same. We got our makeup and hair done and headed downstairs. We went downstairs and the boys were waiting for us. We got in the car, the whole ride I was hugging Avani. I was scared to go to school because of what happend yesterday. We got out of the car and headed to our lockers. I got my books and walked around with Avani until the bell rang. We went to our classroom. We had Maths. I couldn't pay that much attention because my stomach was in a lot of pain.
Av- Are you okay boo.
E- No.
Av- What is it.
E- My stomach.
Av- Oh.
Teacher- Avani and Ellie, please remain quiet.
Avani got up and whispered something to the teacher. The teacher nodded and Avani grabbed my hand and we got out of the classroom.
E- Okay, now tell me, where the hell are we going.
Av- Bathroom.
E- Why?
Av- You said you are in pain.
E- Avani, you are truly the best person I know.
We got in the bathroom and I lifted my sweatshirt to see how my bruise is doing. It has started to fade away. I smiled and Avani hugged me.
Av- It's getting better you see.
E- Yeah, I'm glad it does.
Av- Same.
We headed back to class. The teacher came up to me and whispered "Is everything okay dear?" I just nodded and went back to my seat. Josh was staring at me. I looked at him and he mouthed: "Are you okay?". I mouthed: "Yeah". He smiled and I just looked at Avani.
Av- I see.
She smirked.
E- It izzz what it izzz.
Class was over so we went to the Cafeteria. We sat alone in a corner as always.
Av- Today we are going shopping.
E- That's for sure.
Av- Next class is English, ugh.
E- Boring.
We just laughed and kept eating.
We headed to our next class and took a seat. The principal entered the classroom.
Principal: Hello students. I would like to inform you that tomorrow you won't have school because of a meeting me and your teachers have to attend. So we'll see you again on Thursday.
I looked at Avani.
Av- You know what that means.
Av+E- GIRLS NIGHT.
When school was over we headed to Bryce's car.
B- How are you feeling El.
E- Better.
B- You still don't remember the names of the kids who did this to you.
E- No sorry.
Josh looked at me. I just smiled. We got out of the car.
J- Yo Ellie. Can I talk to you for a second.
Avani pushed me to Josh's direction. I looked at her and she had a smirk on her face.
E- Yeah. What's up?
J- Why didn't you tell Bryce the truth.
E- He would literally kill you.
J- I wasn't the one who hurt you.
E- Yeah, but you were the one who saw me getting hurt and didn't do anything.
Josh smiled.
E- Why are you smiling.
J- Nothing. I'm just glad I have a person like you around.
He leaned over and hugged me. I hugged him back.
J- So what are you doing today.
E- Girls night with Vani.
J- Sounds fun.
E- Yeah.
J- You two are great friends. People are jealous of your friendship.
E- I didn't know that.
J- Yeah, some of my friends were talking about it the other day. And the boys, you know, Bryce, Jaden and the others talked about it last night.
E- Oh, okay!
Avani walked up to us
Av- I'm sorry Josh, but I need to talk to my wifey.
J- Okay sure.
E- See you around Josh
J- Yeah!
We smiled at each other and I headed inside with Avani.
Av- Jaden got us some food.
E- Oh, thanks Jaden.
Ja- No problem.
E- Vani, what time are we going out.
Av- 6PM?
E- Okay.
B- Where are you going?
E- Shopping for the party and then we are having a girls night.
Ja- Mind if we join, we need to get some stuff for the party too.
J- Yeah, we do.
Avani and I know looked at each other and smiled.
Av+E- Sure!
**Skip to 6PM**
We headed to the mall and started shopping.
J- Okay, I need help to pick my outfit.
A- Same here bro.
Av- How about me and El help you.
J- Sure.
A- Vani come with me.
J- I'll go with El.
Avani turned around and winked at me. I gave her a death stare and we laughed.
J- Okay, where should we go first?
E- How about that store over there (i have no clue which store to put).
J- Okay.
I helped Josh pick his outfit and then me and Avani went to find ours. I got a black, tight, short dress and Avani got a red, short, not that tight dress. We were both happy about our choices. We all went to Target and got a lot of stuff. Me and Avani got snacks, blankets, pillows and face masks.
When we got back home, we did our face masks and watched some movies. It was 3AM when we fell asleep.
We woke up at 11AM. We went to the sway's gym. Bryce, Jaden and Josh were there.
B- Well, good morning!
E- Good morning.
I was still a bit sleepy but I needed to work out. I was wearing a black sports bra and some adidas shorts. I started working out but it was a bit hard because the weights I was lifting were heavy. Josh came up to me. He was shirt less and sweaty. He looked hot, not gonna lie.
J- Need any help?
E- Yeah.
Josh helped me a bit. I could see Avani smirking. About an hour later we ate breakfast. I was doing the dishes when someone came and hugged me from behind. I thought it was Bryce or Avani. I looked behind me and it was Josh.
J- Avani told me you needed some company, you weren't feeling good.
I looked at Avani, she was sitting in the other side of the room, she got up winked at me and left.
E- Mhm.
J- What is it?
E- Not feeling myself today.
J- Don't worry, you'll feel better.
He kept hugging me until the dishes were done.
E- I'll go find Avani now.
J- I could fall asleep hugging you.
My stomach had so many butterflies.
I just smiled and walked away.
I rushed to Avani.
E- Bitch.
Av- Hoe.
E- 1. You were behind this weren't you?
Av- Mhm.
E- 2. bubs i love you so much.
Av- Come give me cuddles. Josh had enough of those. My turn.
I told Avani everything that happened. She looked so happy.
Av- Well Anthony asked me out on a date so i got to go.
E- SAY WHAT.
Av- You heard me bitch.
I started screaming. I helped Avani get ready and then she left. I decided to go to the pool, I put on a black bathing suit, you couldn't see my bruise because it was dark and it was fading away anyways. When I was ready I headed outside. I just sat there for a bit, I wasn't sure if I wanted to swim. The boys came out, they jumped in the pool. Suddenly, someone picked me up. I looked up and it was Josh.
E- Joshua Richards, don't you dare.
J- Did you just called me by my full name?
E- Yes, I did.
J- Oh I'm throwing you in the pool now for sure.
E- No you-
He threw me in.
E-Could you at least help me get out.
J- Sure.
I grabbed his hand and pulled him in the pool with me.
J- I KNEW IT.
I started laughing. He laughed too.
B- Hello? We are here too.
J- Oh yeah.
We kept swimming for a few hours. We got out of the pool to eat dinner. Griffin cooked.
E- Didn't know you could cook.
G- Well, I can't cook. I tried today and not gonna lie, it isn't that bad.
J- Yeah, it is actually really good.
K- Good job bro.
Avani and Anthony got back home. They were both smiling. I got up and grabbed Avani's hand and dragged her to our room.
E- I need to know everything.
Av- Me and Anthony are officially dating!
E- NO WAY.
We both started screaming and hugging. We went back downstairs to finish eating. Avani went to Anthony's room, they wanted to spend the night together.
It was about 10PM when I fell asleep.
