We arrived back at the Hype House. We changed into something more comfortable. We then sat down on our bed and I explained Avani what happened.
Av- Asshole.
E- He literally hit me.
Av- Does it hurt?
E- No
Av- Oh
E- It did hurt a bit when he hit me.
Av- Tell Bryce.
E- He is gonna kill him.
Av- You have a point.
I chuckled and cuddled up to Avani. She let me cry on her shoulder and we eventually fell asleep.
I got up the next morning. Josh and Anthony were sleeping on the bed next to us. I gave Avani a kiss on the cheek and I whispered to her
E- When Ant wakes up, tell him what happened but ask him not to tell anyone.
She nodded as she gave me a kiss on the cheek too.
I went to the kitchen. There were Charli, Ryland, and Nick.
E- Good morning everyone!
C- Good morning El!
Charli gave me a hug. I gave Nick and Ryland a smile as I grabbed Charli's hand and pulled her in the living room with me.
C- You okay?
E- I'm mad at Josh.
C- Why?
I explained to her what happened. We talked about it for a bit and then we went back to the kitchen to eat breakfast. More people were there. Anthony, Avani, Thomas, Mia and Jaden. I gave everyone a smile and hugged Avani and Jaden. Anthony was sitting down eating cereal. He looked at me and mouthed "Are you okay?" I mouthed back "No". He got up and gave me a hug and whispered
A- Avani told me.
E- Oh, okay.
Jaden looked at us.
Ja- Am I missing anything El?
E- Kinda.
Jaden pulled me in a room.
Ja- Wanna talk about it?
I told him what happened.
Ja- I'll talk to him.
E- Sure.
I walked back to the kitchen. I grabbed some cereal. I started eating when I saw Josh coming towards me.
J- El.
I got up and left. I sat outside enjoying the view. I felt someone place their hand on my shoulder. I turned around. Quinton.
Q- So you and Josh?
E- Me and Josh what?
Q- I heard you guys fighting last night?
E- Wai-
Q- I followed you. I wanted to apologize about what happened the other night, I was kinda drunk. I then saw you listening to Josh and Nessa's conversation and then you walked into the room. I saw Nessa walking out. She gave me a weird look. I then heard you walking away so I hid in one of the rooms.
E- Stacker.
We laughed.
Q- I'm not! Now to the point. Are you good?
E- Yeah.
Q- I'm always here for you if you need anyone to talk to.
E- Thanks Quin. But I don't know if I can trust you.
It was at about 4.30 PM. I was watching a movie with Avani. She is leaving in a few hours to visit her family for the weekend. By the way, on Monday we are going back to the Sway House. We finished the movie. I helped Avani do some last-minute packing. We then headed downstairs, I gave her the biggest hug ever. We were both crying a little.
B- Come on you two. You'll see each other in two days.
I hugged Avani. She leaned in and whispered:
Av: I really don't wanna leave you. I know what you've been going through but you are the stronger girl I know so you will get through this. I'll facetime you as much as I can, I promise.
I tighten the hug. Addison then hugged Avani.
Av- Take care of my wifey.
Ad- Of course.
It was now nighttime. Avani texted me that she got home safely. She flew all the way to Indiana so I didn't really wanna bother her, I want to let her rest. I went outside where everyone else was. I sat next to Addison and we just gossiped for a bit, I, of course, told her what happened with Josh. I then saw Josh coming outside.
Ad- There he is.
E- I don't wanna talk to him.
Ad- Maybe you should.
E- He hasn't even bothered talking to me all day.
Ad- I mean, you told Ant to tell Josh not to talk to you.
E- You have a point.
I looked over at Josh. He was staring at me so I immediately looked away. Then I saw him walking up to me.
J- Ellie, can we please talk?
I didn't reply, I was just staring at my hands.
J- Please, El.
I looked up at him and then Addison. She nodded.
I got up and followed Josh.
