Kageyama Tobio x Shy! Reader - Accidents

You were asked by your friend to bring the materials to the club room, now you were running to the location as you were late for the agreed time. You were on your way when you heard your name shouted. "(Y/n)!" You faced the direction of the voice when your were met by a ball in the face. The impact made you fell and the materials fly out of your hands. You fell on your sides and your glasses flew from your face to the ground away from you. It took you a moment in order to compose yourself. You look up to see your classmates Hinata and Kageyama staring at you.

"We're sorry (Y/n)" Hinata apologizes. "You say sorry to Kageyama." he urged the setter to do the same. "Sorry." He mumbled but still audible. "Hinata! Kageyama!" You heard someone call out their names and it was their seniors who ran up to them. "Geez we were just late and you end up hurting somebody." Sugawara said looking disapppointed at them. "You two..." Daichi spoke in low a voice with an evil aura surrounding him. Both Hinata and Kageyama were petrified. Then you felt something traveling down on your face. "Guys..." Asahi was able to cut them from their rumble. "She's bleeding." You touch the bridge of your nose and looked at year hand.

"Sorry (Y/n)." Hinata bowed. "Geez. Kageyama bring her to the nurse would you." Sugawara ordered. "But why-" He was cut off when Sugawara showed him his evil aura. Kageyama stiffened up. "Yes."
"But what about-" You try to protest as you have to the deliver the materials to your friend. Daichi seemed to notice and replied. "Don't worry we'll bring to Yukon right?" You nodded in response. With everything settled down Kageyama brought you to the clinic.

Kageyama soon let after he set you down at the infirmary. 'He dmust love volleyball that much.' The nurse put a band aid on your face and she said you were good to go. You looked at the mirror and see that your bangs are in the way. You grabbed a hair clip and clip your bangs on the side. With just a clip and the glasses off you look different. Glasses. 'Shit it fell when I was hit.' You quickly went to the club rooms to look for your glasses.

You look around but it seems your glasses were not around. You heard footsteps and turn yourself to the origin of the sound. You were faced with the Karasuno men volleyball team. "Why is a pretty girl wondering here alone?" Tanaka asked. "Could it be..." Tanaka started. "A secret admirer?" Both Nishinoya and Tanaka exclaimed as hearts were formed in their eyes. Sugawara was able to knock the shit out of them. "So what are you doing here?" He asked. You were dumbfounded how they can't notice that its you. 'They can't really see my face with my bangs.'

"Kageyama. Hinata. Have you seen my glasses?" You asked. "Glasses?" They spoke in unison. "It's me (Y/n)!" It was time that they acknowledge you. "Ehhh." Everyone screamed in shock. "It is really you (Y/n)?" Nishinoya asked. "Yes Noya who else would it be. Though I am thankful for the comment."

"You look pretty without your glasses and bangs on the way." Tanaka commented. "Well..." Hinata started. He showed you the broken glasses. "It was under the materials and it broke." He scratched his head. "It's fine Hinata, I don't need it anyways." You smiled which cause everyone of them to blush.

---Kageyama's POV---

I didn't though that (Y/n) would look pretty... No she's beautiful. 'What the hell am I even thinking.' I am just shocked as everyone else. I tried to compose my self yet I am gaping at her beauty.

---Back to You---

"Why wear them when you don't need it?" Yamaguchi asked out of curiosity. "Well I like my bangs and it seems that glasses were my only option." you replied.

You guys walked at the same time to the gates. You were about to go home when you heard someone called your name. "(Y/n)" You turn around and see Kageyama. "Would... would you like to walk home together?" He asked. You were surprised to hear him say as Kageyama isn't the type of person to be open. "I would like that." You smiled as he walked by you.
"Wai-" Hinata wanted to walk you home to but were stopped by the others. Tanaka hold him while Nishinoya covered his mouth. "Let's give them some space Hinata." Ennoshita spoke to him.

You were walking with him but everything was silent. Though you like silence but this silence was awkward. "So..." You started thinking of a way to have a conversation flowing out of you guys. "Was practice fun?" He just said yes in response. That wasn't the conversation you thought to have.
You arrived in front of your home. You looked at Kageyama and thanked him. "Thanks! see you tomorrow." You waited for Kageyama to move but he was still in the same position. "(Y/n)." He spoke but his voice faltered a little. "Would you like to go on a date!" He asked most likely shouted. You were shocked though you wouldn't admit that you liked the intimidating setter for a while now. "(Y/n)?" Instead of replying you kissed him on the cheeks. This caused him to stiffen up and blush. "I like that." You smiled and went into your home.

You quickly went to your bed and shouted into your pillow. You were fan girling of what happened and you were excited for the incoming date that the two of you will go.
