We went to a shopping mall because mom doesn't have any boxes left, Mrs.Lee also accompanied us by driving the car and of course my day isn't complete without Mark.
As we enter the mall, my mouth became watery as I smell a freshly cooked popcorn out of nowhere, I look at the surroundings but I didn't see any popcorn stall around.
"Y/N come closer to me, you might get lost"
"Also you Mark, there are a lot of people here,you hold Y/N's hands so that the both of you will not get lost"
Mark holds my hand while we are walking, we entered the supermarket and my mom and Mrs.Lee carried us and made us sit on the push cart.
"Mark look, do I look like a car racer?"
"No you're not"
"Why?"
"You look like a bicycle rider not a car racer" he laughs
"Yah! It's not funny" I crossed my arms over my chest
My mom pushed the cart making me more advanced to Mark, I stuck my tongue out and chuckled
"Such a baby" Mark said and laughs
"Wow look who's talking" I ignored him and look at the foods beside me
As we pay on the counter, I saw a man walking while eating a popcorn, I remembered the aroma of the popcorn a while ago so I followed him not noticing I've been lost
"Eomma!" I started looking around to look for my mother or Mrs.Lee but I didn't see them.
"E-eomma....." I started crying but still walking hoping that I will see them.
There are so many people walking and I'm too afraid of many people, I sat on my feet,covered my ears and closed my eyes.
I flinched when someone holds my shoulder and holds my hands to remove them from my eyes
"Hey, are you okay?" I stopped crying when I saw Mark in front of me, I immediately hugged him
"Ma-ma-mark I'm scared" he holds my hand tightly to stop it from shaking
"It's okay now Y/N, I'm here" he hugs me again and caressingly touching my head
I started crying again when I remembered we are both lost now
We both saw a bench near us and sat there until our moms finds us
"Y/N!" "MARK!"
We turned our heads towards the direction where the voices are coming from
"Mom we are here!" Mark raised his hands to make their attention turn to us
"Are you okay?" "Are you hurt?" "Did something happened to you?"
our moms starts asking a lot of questions
"We're fine mom, gladly I found Y/N when I noticed she wasn't there with us" Mark said
"Awww that's my boy" Mrs.Lee hugged his son
"Don't make me panic again Y/N okay?? Mommy's so worried about you, I thought you were taken by someone, or...or—"she stopped talking when I holds her cheek
"Mom I'm okay now, don't worry, I will never leave you again" I kissed her cheek
"Thank you Mark for saving Y/N" my mom hugged him
"It's okay Mrs.Park" Mark smiled, he looks at me and pointed his finger at me
"You, Park Y/N, from now on, don't leave by my side until we made it outside" he holds my right hand and he leans closer looking like he's gonna whisper something
"Because I'm not gonna be by your side anymore once you move out this week"
The smile on my face slowly disappears when I remembered we are gonna move this week
"What are you waiting for? Let's go" he pulled me closer and continued walking
