That back there definitely taught me to keep my alcohol in check.  Real talk.
"Ray wanted to see his lady and apologize." Levi slurs.
Ty releases a deep sigh. "What a charmer." he says, hand clasped together on his chest and his head tilted up looking at the sky.
"And he thought showing up with his balls out would do the trick?" I ask with furrowed brows.
Levi and Ty started up a fit of laughter.
"It's worked before." Ray says, using a piece of wood found off the ground  to cover up.
This guy comes over half drunk and not to mention, naked and still manages to have an ego the size of the united states.
I raise an eyebrow over at him.
"That fall must've hit your head pretty hard kid."
"Only fall I recall, is the one I had when I fell for you." he smirks
"Please save me your drunk pick up lines." I say chuckling at this embarrassing moment and turning around and walking back to the house.
I turn around to them standing and staring from the same place I left them.
"Well are you guys going to keep standing there naked or are you coming?" I ask.
They begin to all follow me holding on tight to their pieces of cardboard and wood covering up their junk.
I reach the sliding door but before entering I turn around to face the three boy's.
"Rule number one, no noise is to be made. Rule number two, don't wake up my aunt. And rule number three, please, please don't do anything more stupid than you already have." I tell them.
"Yes sir." Ty salutes me.
"Good."
I open the sliding door and walk in.
I turn around still hesitant and nervous about letting them in. Because come on, who lets in three naked drunk guys at 1:30 in the morning. It's like begging to be punished or something.
"Wait here. Let me go find something you guys could use to cover yourselves up with." I say.
I bring big blankets and three of aunt Cassies oversized zip up hoodies she kept from her pregnancy with Hazel.
"Get dressed ladies." I say throwing them each a hoodie and a blanket.
The hoodies still fit them a bit tight but they manage.
"ooohh yellow is definitely my color. Thanks Rae." Ty says,  slipping on the tight hoodie.
"Just put it on Ty."
"Wake anyone up and I swear i'll chop your balls off. They're already in hands reach so it won't be difficult." I add, pointing a finger at each and every one of them.
"You wouldn't! My sweet baby makers." Ty sniffles.
"Trust me Ty when I say i'll be doing you and everyone you ever sleep with, a favor." I say staring at him with all seriousness.
"Well I don't think he'll be getting laid very often with chopped balls...." Ray mumbles but loud enough for everyone to hear.
"God! Now i'm begging you! Please don't chop my balls!" Ty throws himself down onto the wooden floor on his knees. He interwinds his hands and places them in front of his chest shaking them violently as he begs. What a dog.
"Ty, get up and shut your mouth. You're going to wake someone up." I whisper harshly. Looking back towards the rooms. I relax when I see the doers still all shut. Celebrating for once that the women in this house are deep sleepers.
"It's bad enough you're a drunk but don't look like a pathetic one too."  I add.
"I don't know if it's the alcohol talking but damn you're so hot when you talk like that." Ray interrupts.
"Ew why do you look like that?" I ask, scrunching my nose.
"Like what?" he asks.
"Like a love sick puppy. Is that what they call puppy love? I totally get it now!" Levi beams, as his so what realization comes to mind.
"Yeah whatever, what he said. Stop doing it." I say. Turning around to get them each a glass of water.
"I can't help it mi bella, you look like a rosa." he says.
"Since when did you start speaking Spanish?" I ask confused and with furrowed brows.
"Oh Ray randomly speaks Spanish when he's drunk sometimes." Levi explains.
"Does he know what he says?"
"Not really. I don't even know if it's real Spanish." Levi admits.
"I think he's said his grandma is half hispanic before." Ty says.
"I learned Spanish for you mi amor." Ray speaks.
"I'd hardly count those 2 years of high school Spanish clases you hardly showed up for, learnt Spanish." I tell him.
"Trust me, I know my Spanish pendeja. Don't harass me or i'll call the policia." he says throwing a lazy pointed finger over at me.
"Alright I think that's enough Spanish for the night. Here take this." I stifle a laugh and hand him over the glass of water.
I grab the corner of his ear and bring it close. "oh and I also took some high school Spanish, just thought you should know." I tell him smirking.
"Ow." Ray whimpers as he caresses his ear.
"mmmhh. Kinky." Ty comments. Wiggling his brows.
"Now I know what you meant by "the fun" you guys would have." Ty whispers over to Ray. Or at least tries to. He still sounds like he's holding a microphone to his mouth. He certainly doesn't know how to whisper.
"Ty, you remember the part where I threatened your balls?" I ask
"Yes ma'am." he replies quickly.
"Last time I babysit you guys when you're drunk." I tell them, handing Levi and Ty his glass of water.
"But you're a great babysitter, we- " Levi's chest suddenly jolts down and he hurls all over the floor.
I jump back and escape the disgusting liquid flowing out of Levi's mouth.
You've got to be fucking kidding me.
"My stomach don't feel to good." Levi sits up. Rubbing his stomach and wiping his mouth on his sleeve.
"Ya think buddy?" I ask sarcastically. Pressing my lips together from the amusement.
I quickly press the bridge of my nose to stop the horrendous smell from peeking through my nostrils.
"Bro what the fuck! I knew you were the one who ate my Cheetos. I was looking for them all day." Ray yells over at Levi.
How could he even stare at throw up like that and talk about Cheetos?
"Weird, I don't recall eating them.." Levi says looking at his throw up puzzled.
"Can everyone stop looking at Levi's puke?!" I blurt, closing my eyes and looking away from the disgusting liquid puddle.
"I don't think i'm feeling too good either..." Ty begins. His face turns a shade lighter and his face goes sour.
I rush to the trash bin and pick it up. Running it over to Ty and reaching him just on time as he begins to make retching sounds and liquid begins to rush out of his mouth.
Good, fun, freaking times.

I gave them each a pill and saltine crackers as food intake after the wonderful hurl fest everyone decided to have. They were all passed out on the couch by now as I finished cleaning up the kitchen mess. Not necessarily how I wanted to spend my 3:00 am time, but it's not like I was able to sleep anyway.
"Raelynn." I heard one of the mumble. I go over to three hurl machines and I see Ray with furrowed brows.
"Raelynn." he mumbles again. Turning his head left then right.
I lay a hand on his chest. Holy hell, haven't don't this in a while. Breath Raelynn. Breath. Don't be a freak. Would this technically be taking advantage of a drunk if you keep being a freak about this? Anyway, Chill. Relax. Breath in and out. Keep your cool.
"Ray?" I whisper.
"Hey you okay?" I ask.
He opens his eyes and he flickers them over to me.
"You're sweating." I state. Looking at the droplets on his forehead.
His breathing is harsh and I definitely feel his heart beating a bit more faster than usual.
I get up and grab a damp towel and water from the kitchen.
I go over to Ray and kneel beside the couch. I help help him slightly sit up and take a sip of water. He lays back down and I place the damp towel onto his forehead. I brush his wavy locks out of the way and push them back with my fingertips. It gives my stomach nots and now my heart starts beating a bit faster then normal.
And just like that I forgot why I was even mad at him in the first place. Funny isn't it? How boys like Ray have the power to do that? Charm their way out of every wrong they commit. Easily and effective. And girls like us just accept it. Because when we have guys like Ray, we feel everything. They make us feel like we're on top of the world.
And when we don't, we're nothing.

I look down at him staring at me.
"Everything's better when you're here." he whispers.
"Careful now Ray, you have a girlfriend. Don't let the booze do too much talking." I whisper throwing him a playful grin.
"Sometimes booze is the only way things come out." he whispers.
I stare at his dark chocolaty eyes and see the same broken boy I met at the beginning of last summer. The million little things that are bothering him are there, you could see them if you just look closely enough. No one usually does though. They just see the exterior of oneself and see what they want.
"Get some rest Ray." I say patting his chest lightly in comfort. Oh he's definitely been working out these past few months for sure.
I stand up and walk away back towards the kitchen. I open the sliding doors and step out to some fresh air for a second.
This is definitely harder than I thought. Seeing Ray. His girlfriend. Being mad at him, wanting to be mad at him so bad. Yet, having mixed feelings return all together in a flash of lightening.  I'm starting to think this is going to be way more complicated than it was planned out to be.

"Why is she sleeping on the sofa?"
"I don't know hun."
"Why isn't she sleeping with Alex?"
"I don't know, why don't you ask her when she wakes up."
I open my eyes to the sound of loud voices and to extremely bright light coming from the outside through the windows. I blink a few times to get my eyes to adjust and when they do they focus on a hovering Hazel staring down at me sleeping.
"Morning Raelynn!"
"Bring it down a few notches kid." I mumble.
"Why?" she asks.
"Cause I had a terrible night." I mumble.
My eyes snap wide open and I jump up. I look over the the couches but they're empty. The place is spotless as if nothing ever happened last night.
"Woah. What was that?!" Hazel exclaims.
"Uh nothing. Just remembered I um have to brush my teeth." I say, walking over to the bathroom.
I rub my eyes and turn the light switch on.  I begin to brush my teeth and walk over to the kitchen when there's a knock on the door.
"I got it." I mange to say taking out my toothbrush and placing it back into my mouth right after.
I open the door to three guys who look a lot like the ones who spent the night on our couch last night.
I raise my eyebrow at them and they quickly shoot me three pairs of pearly whites.
"Hello, good morning. We were just randomly in the neighborhood and wanted to stop by for breakfast." Ray says smiling.
Randomly, my butt cheek.
I take out my toothbrush and grin.
"Randomly huh?"
"Yup!" Ty assures, adding an extra pop to the 'p'.
Aunt Cassie realizes who's at the door and is quick to invite them in.
"Come on in boys. Want some breakfast?" she hollers from the kitchen.
mhm if she only knew what they did to her kitchen floor last night.
"Breakfast sounds amazing Cassie." Ray replies, letting himself  in but not before throwing me a wink.  And he's back ladies and gentlemen.
I bet theses sons of heffers be getting away with a lot of bs in their lives with just those sick persuading smiles.
Life just always likes to let you know how unfair it really is. And enjoys every second of it.
