Sonic's band story with Afterglow pt 7

In the studio lounge:

Tsugumi: (Only two weeks left until Girl Jam... Everyone is improving so much... But me...?)
Himari: Tsugu? I think we're about ready to finish.
Tsugumi: I-I think I'll stay and practice some more
Sonic: (What?)
Moca: Ooh. That's the spirit.
Ran: You shouldn't push too hard. Taking a break is just as-
Tsugumi: It's fine! I won't go all night or anything. I just want to review what we practiced today.
Himari: As long as you're sure, Tsugu... Just don't be too long, okay? I wanna see you bright and happy at school again tomorrow!
Tsugumi: You will. Thanks! I'm gonna go ask for some extra time. See you all later.
Everyone: See you!
Everyone leaves except for Sonic.
Sonic: Tsugumi are you sure you're okay? I'm-
Tsugumi: Don't worry about me, I'm fine. I'll be home soon.
Sonic: Tsugumi... alright. Just be careful, okay?
Tsugumi: Okay.
Sonic: Alright then, see ya.
Tsugumi: See you.
Sonic leaves the studio.
Tsugumi: (I'm sorry, Sonic-chan, but I have to keep going... I have to catch up with everyone... I have to make this performance a success...!)

Walking home:
Sonic was looking down as he was remembering what Tsugumi said.

Flashback:
Tsugumi: Don't worry about me, I'll be fine. I'll be home soon.

End of flashback:
Sonic: Tsugumi... She's such a hard worker, always overdoing it. I just hope she'll be okay.

The next day at school:
Tsugumi: (I think I went a bit too far yesterday... I can't focus at all in class. This is no good at all...)
Tomoe: Tsugu, you don't look too good. Are you okay?
Tsugumi: I'm fine... I'm okay...
Tomoe: Whoa there! Stumbling around like that is "fine," is it? Have you got a fever?
Tsugumi: Hehe... I'm sorry... Oh, I almost forgot. I have a student council meeting. I might be a little late for rehearsals today. I'd better get going.
Tsugumi runs off.
Tomoe: Wait, Tsugu!

After school:
Himari: To-mo-e! It's time to get rehearsing!
Tomoe: Yeah...
Himari: Huh? What's the matter?
Tomoe: Did you see Tsugu?
Himari: Now you mention it... I wonder where she's gone. Do you think she went ahead to the studio already?
Tomoe: She's got a student council meeting today. It's just she looked so sick since lunch... She could hardly stand straight when I spoke to her.
Himari: It does feel like she's been pushing herself a lot, lately. She keeps saying she's fine, but still...
Tomoe: Right? I was hoping I might still catch her, tell her to just go home and get some sleep tonight... Will you come to the student council room with me, Himari?
Himari: Of course!

In Tsugumi's house:
Sonic was laying down on the couch.
Sonic: (Man, it is boring just me in the house. Me waiting until one of them calls me to come to the studio, I'll just wait and watch TV.)
Sonic was thinking about Tsugumi.
Sonic: (Tsugumi wasn't feeling herself when she came back home. Even when sleeping, she didn't get a good sleep. I'm kinda worried. I hope she's alright.)
Sonic then watches a good show on TV.
Sonic: Oh yeah! My favorite! Come on man! Kick his butt!

In the studio lounge:
Ran: Tsugumi said she'll be late today. She has student council.
Moca: Huh... That Tsugu is a hard worker. You could say she's pretty "Tsugurific."
Ran: You should probably be more Tsugurific yourself, Moca.
Moca: I'm way Tsugurific. I'm Mocatastic too, baby... Umm?
Ran: What is it?
Moca: That voodoo thing Himari made me, its gone. I had it right on my guitar case.
Ran: Voodoo thing...? You mean the lucky charm? Did it drop off out on the street or something?
Moca: Mmm... I dunno where it went.

In school in the student council room:
Tsugumi: Ugh...
Student A: So we're all in agreement with the budget for the track team? Good. Let's write it up and announce it to the students.
Student B: Hazawa-san, do you think you could write the documents?
Tsugumi: ... (As soon as this meeting is over, I'll run to the studio for rehearsals. They've probably all started without me... Huh? I... I can't move... my body... No, no please... I have to get to practice... I have to... Sonic-chan... I'm... sorry...)
Tsugumi falls on the floor as she collapsed.

Student A: Hazawa-san?! Hazawa-san!!
Tomoe and Himari runs into the student council room.
Tomoe: Tsugu! Oi, Tsugumi!
Himari: Tsugu...?
Tomoe: Himari, call an ambulance! Quick!
Himari: .....
Tomoe: Now!!
Himari: O-okay!
Ran and the others must be at the studio. I have to call them!

In Tsugumi's house:
Sonic was laying back in the couch as he hears a call.
Sonic: Hmm? Who could that be?
Sonic answers the phone as Tomoe was screaming.
Tomoe: Sonic! Sonic!
Sonic: What the?! What's going on?!
Tomoe: At the school! It's Tsugu! She's-
Sonic hears as he gasps.
Sonic: No... Tsugumi...!
Sonic drops the phone as he zooms off to the school.
Sonic: Tsugumi! Tsugumi!

Flashback:
Tsugumi: Don't worry, I'll fine. I'll be home soon.

End of flashback:

Sonic: Tsugumi...
Sonic makes it to the school and goes to the student council room as he sees Tsugumi on the floor.
Sonic: Tsugumi! Tsugumi!
Tomoe: Don't worry, the ambulance will be here soon!
Sonic: Don't need one!
Tomoe: Huh?!
Sonic: When the ambulance comes, tell them that a guy is taking her to the hospital! I'll get there in flash!
Tomoe: Okay!
Sonic: Where is the hospital?
Tomoe: Take the left over there, and you'll see a big building!
Sonic: Alright! I'll meet you girls there!
Sonic carries Tsugumi as he runs off to the hospital.
Rain drops falls from the sky as it was raining.
Sonic: Tsugumi... I'll get you there, I promise.

In the studio lounge:
Ran: Maybe we can keep looking for the charm after practice, Moca.
Moca: Mmm... Can I at least keep looking until Hii-chan and the others get here?
Ran: They're running pretty late, huh?
Moca: Yeah. Wonder what they're doing. Ah. It's raining. And I didn't ring my umbrella. This is all because I lost that lucky charm. Not that I could fight the rain off with it anyway, but still...
Ran gets a call from Tomoe.
Ran: T-Tomoe?

In the hospital:
Sonic makes it to the hospital as he was soaked and wet. He goes up to service.
Doctor: Hello, how can I help you?
Sonic: Please, help her!
Doctor: What happened?
Sonic: She suddenly collapsed on the floor at school! Please, you gotta help her!
Doctor: Alright. Take her to room 5!
Sonic: Okay!
Sonic runs to room 5 as he sets her down on the bed.
Sonic: Tsugumi...
Sonic puts his hand on her head.
Sonic: I'll be here for you, always.
Sonic gets a chair as he lays his head on the bed.
