A few days later in the entrance.

Himari: Ran... Are you sure you'll be okay by yourself? You don't want me to go with you?
Ran: I told you, I'll be fine!
Moca: I just hope you don't go crying and running away again.
Ran: You're the worst, Moca.
Moca: Just kidding.
Tsugumi: You can do it, Ran-chan!
Tomoe: We'll be waiting right here. You go do your thing.
Sonic: Yep, good luck.
Ran: I'll be okay, really! Here goes nothing.
Ran walks into her house.
Himari: Ahh! I'm getting nervous, too! I'm so worried for her.
Tomoe: We just have to trust her.
Himari: Are you feeling okay by the way, Tsugu? You did only just get out of the hospital.
Sonic: Don't worry, she's fine. All that resting made her back to perfect health.
Tsugumi: Hehe, thank you. I just hope it all goes well for Ran-chan.
Moca: Go get 'em, Ran.

In Ran's house:
Ran: Dad.
Ran's dad: What is it, Ran? Finally decided to quit that band of yours?
Ran: I'm not quitting. That's... that's what I've come to talk to you about.
Ran's dad: .....
Ran: Dad. I am not going to quit the band... ever. You might call it our "band fantasy," but we are absolutely serious about it.
Ran's dad: You can say you're serious all you want, but your actions tell me otherwise.
Ran: Here. Take these tickets.
Ran's dad: Girls Band Jam...? What is this?
Ran: It's a live music event... Do you see this band here, "Afterglow?" That's us... and I want you to come and see us play. Right now, we're all practicing really hard for this event. I want to show you how much it means to us. I want you to see it for yourself. Once this event's over, I'll think about flower arranging again.
