This ones a bit shorter than the last, but I dont think its a bad length

Tony is a legacy of Vulcan, he and Sally know, but nobody else (Howard was the son of Vulcan) and because of this Sally told him what Percy was (that plus the fact that Percy loves water leads to Tony calling him Water Boy
Waking up in my apartment in between Mom and Paul was one of the best feelings in the world, I got up and went to the kitchen and made blue pancakes, the smell luring Mom and Paul in.
After we finished eating I realized that last night Mom had said no more heavy stuff until after breakfast. After I confronted her about it, asking what she had meant, she sighed and looked at Paul
"Percy, honey," she said, "I have a few things, one, I'm pregnant-"
"What! You're growing a-" I start to yell, before mom glares lightly and shuts me up.
"Two, because of that, we're going to be going on a vacation in a few days to enjoy life without the mayhem of a small child for a bit, and I'm not growing a kid, that's not how children work, they're not like flowers."
"Whatever you say, child grower," I mumble before speaking up, "It seems like there's something else, though."
Mom smiles before looking at me again and saying, "Sine you're under 18 I asked your Uncle Tony to let you stay with him if you wanted to, and he readily agreed."
I nodded at Mom, "Yeah, that sounds good, tell him I'll be there later today."
She hums in agreement, reaching for the phone.
I head too my room to pack for the weeks I'll be away.
In my room, I sit on my bed, remembering the last time I saw Uncle Tony.

Right after the first Iron Man movie
Also; Sally and Tony aren't really related, they were just really good friends, so when Percy was born, Tony got the honorary title

It was my 7th birthday, and my mom was setting up for a small get together to celebrate when the doorbell rang.
"Percy, sweetheart, can you please get that for me? It should be your uncle Tony," she called from the other room.
Grinning, I ran and threw open the door, "Uncle Tony!" I screamed in delight, I hadn't seen i'm in quite a long time, and Mom always seemed worried about him.
"Hey Perce, how are you?" he asked laughing slightly at my excitement.
"I'm great!" I said as he picked me up, "Where have you been-hey! What's that?" I interrupted myself by pointing to the new addition of a glowing circle on his chest.
"Well Bud, where I've been is a long story, that led to this," he commented, tapping on the fluorescent blue tech.
At that point, Mom showed up, and he put me down so he could embrace her.
"Sweety," she said, "Why don't you go and get any games you want to play from the cabinet?"
I nodded and ran off, hearing them distantly talking in the other room.
I only caught confusing, jumbled up phrases like "worried...you almost died!...are you okay?...changing from weapons...keep the suit?...no" from my mother and things like "sorry...'m okay...didn't seem right...I have to...you wanna come live?...okay...can't visit then...put you in danger... protect you...last time" from my uncle Tony before I came back with a stack of eight different games, to see them hugging tightly, uncle Tony with a sad smile on his face.
They both separated and cheered up when they saw me, and the odd conversation flew out of my mind.
After playing games and teaming up with uncle Tony to demolish Mom, and chocolate cake with blue frosting (Gabe doesn't come until he's almost 9 in this, so they haven't built the tradition yet), uncle Tony decided it was time for presents.
He sat next to me and pulled out a box, as I unwrapped it, he explained; "No one can take it off you, except you, It can't be used to choke or hurt you in any way, and if you lose it it will return to your neck in a couple of minutes." By now I could see that it was two dog tags, one blank, one reading 'water boy' with my name underneath. "They will change with whatever nicknames you have that hold the most good memories, or are your favorite," he added.
I put the tags down and hugged uncle Tony, thanking him a million different times.
He put them around my neck, and we went back to playing games.

When it was time for him to leave, he bent down so that he could look me in the eye and said, "I don't really know when I'll see you again, Perce, but it's not gonna be for a long while, okay?"
He looked like he was holding back tears, so I tried to make it easier for him and hugged him really tight, mumbling, "I don't care when I see you again, as long as I get to see you again."
He pulled back from the hug, smiling softly. After embracing Mom, he waved at us one last time before heading out. As he turned his back to us, I caught sight of one tear, making its way down his face.

Sitting on my bed, I fingered the necklace. I had thrown it away countless times, but it always came back.
