His question caught me off guard, I didn't know how to respond but no it didn't end there.
"don't tell me... Your the one who kidnapped us didn't you? Are you that obsessed over me?" He accused you out of nowhere.
"W-what?!" I felt cornered I couldn't help but stutter out my own words. So this is how it felt to be accused in Danganronpa.
"That's enough kokichi your going too far"
Kiibo tried to ease the tension of the room by stopping kokichi.
"Going to far with what? I was just joking" he smiled with both his arms behind his neck "half of the lie you said was true so you don't have to look so cornered or else I might really suspect you nishsishi~"
I think he still suspects me so I'll have to clear things up even if he's lying. "Fine if it will stop you for thinking I'm suspicious, then yes I did lie about being kidnapped but the part when I said I woke up not knowing how I got here was true" I said without stuttering but I was pretty sure saying that made me even more suspicious.
"He wouldn't know when your lying so you didn't need to clear things up when he's the one messing with you" kiibo says almost like a friend telling you to stand up for yourself.
"Oh but I would know If she's lying" kokichi corrected kiibo "and how is that?" Kiibo asked now facing the short boy "easy" he says closing his eyes "cause I'm a liar " he stated
"Pffft" you couldn't help but cover you mouth. Even if you were just being accused of being the Mastermind a second ago you couldn't help but laugh when he said his most iconic line in the game.
"What's so funny?" Kokichi asked seriously "oh sorry it's just that I know someone who uses that line quite often". to be precise that person is you, you added in your thoughts.
Kiibo's POV
She seemed to change from being cool to carefree "so just to be clear your an average peron? No talent what so ever?" I asked.
"how you said it was a little harsh but yeah as far a I know I'm talentless" she replied.
I didn't know that my question sounded like I was poking fun at her for not being an ultimate "I-i didn't mean it like that I'm sorry if you thought i was making fun of you!" I bowed apologetically.
"Don't worry" kokichi replied instead of y/n "robots don't have feelings so it's not surprising to have you say stuff like thaaaat"
Kokichi added.
"Hey that's robophobic!" She told kokichi
"Y-yeah what she said" I was surprised honestly, she said what I was going to say
"Your siding with the robot instead of me, a human like you?!" Kokichi placed a hand on his chest with one of his leg behind him looking like he's been betrayed
"I mean you're the one who accused me for being a kidnapper sooo..."
"But I made fun of you for not being an ultimate" I said, staring at the floor too ashamed to make eye contact
Y/n POV
"I don't think that was your true intention, don't be too hard on yourself" I stole his "that's robophobic" line I feel so honored.
He didn't reply he just looked up at you "hey there's something on your cheek" you told him pointing at his metallic cheek
He touched his cheek and stood there for a while....then he ran out the classroom
"Wha- hey! Kiibo!" You called out to him but he was already too far to hear you
"What do you think was up with him?" You asked ouma but all he gave you was the are-you-serious look
"How dense" he shook his head "but I must say your a pretty interesting person!" he says with a closed eyed smile then he headed outside the classroom as well
Your left alone again inside the classroom
"Guess I'll go find where kiibo ran off to" you proceeded to go out the room
Kiibo's POV
I kept running to who knows where stopping when I was at a decent distance away from the classroom
I touched my cheek again "phew" I didn't feel the heat anymore
I felt like I was over heating because of her kindness, she was the first person in my age to stand up for me even if what I said seemed like I was making of her
Is what I'm feeling normal?
Y/n POV
I kept searching for kiibo, kokichi told me to go outside but for all I know that could've been a lie
I looked around, the place makes you think you can finally reach freedom then your faced with barriers blocking the only path of escape
Giving you hope only to be crushed with the sad truth
I brush the depressing thoughts and kept running turning my head left and right searching for kiibo
While running I bumped into someone causing me to collide with the ground
(Well i feel like kiibo fell in love too early but I mean, why not? I mean he doesn't really think he fell in love, he just thinks your nice arghhh well anyways I'll just you in the next chapter.)
